You have a choice of many Mexican restaurants, but this one is far superior to any we've tried - we now go once a week! This is not just Mexican, but mamma Mexican. The best chicken soup in Florida - amazing! And the addictive fresh warm nacho toquitos while you wait are hard to stop eating. My friends all agree the main courses are so delicious they all have come back after we bring them here. This is definitely what we think of as "hole in the wall" but the service is so friendly and also quick that you never want to go to an elegant place after this. Truly you will never find a better Mexican place to eat and it's also fun to come for a celebration -- they can make bigger tables for you. My personal favorite is the Mahi salad -- the fish is very fresh and the greens are super crispy. My husband likes the quesadillas. Check out their menu online. Be hungry because the portions are huge. And for those who don't like spicy, don't worry -- many of the dishes can be made non-spicy if you like. We are so lucky to live close by! Ole!!

Still fantastic been eating here since they opened in the early two thousands. Unfortunately, I moved for work, used to always have gelato right after eating here, but the gelato place closed down. We ordered the carne asada with the enchiladas in the verde sauce along with rice and beans. Every thing was still fantastic, same as, I remember. My son ordered the carne asada tacos. They serve fresh made chips upon sitting with their regular homemade salsa, if you ask for spicy will give you their verde sauce which is great.

First time here. Killer food . Pasilla sauce burrito , tostadas , excellent . Super friendly staff. They were really busy but very attentive. We will be back for sure.

Found this restaurant to be "average" in taste, with no lasting memory. Cannot say, one way or the other, if I'm coming back, but if you're just looking to satisfy an immediate craving for Mexican food, then maybe, you will be okay here. Did notice a busy "take-out" business, so the neighborhood likes the food. Cash or credit, friendly service. Hope this helps with your first visit.

The food here is home cooked next level. Everything was made fresh to order and the service was great. Every table and seat were filled on a Sunday at 7

One of my favorite stops when in Boca. The prices are great and the food quality is also. Try the Sopa Con Pollo.

Amazing food and ambiance, the waitress was incredibly sweet and kind and made great recommendations for my meal. Would definitely come back again ans highly recommend this place to anyone.

Service was great. Food is great but I would back off on the cheese a bit. MyBurrito was smothered in it. And they seem to use flour tortillas for their chips or maybe pre-made chips I think. I prefer freshly made corn chips.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla. Chicken was too saucy and made the quesadilla soggy. Skimpy cheese. No guac, instead you get some blame imitation guac sauce thing. Not running to go back.

We enjoyed the fajitas we ordered, but we saw and ordered from the menu on their site. The prices were not current so don’t be surprise to find prices have not been updated.

Less than zero flavor, in everything. Nachos had five beans and mozzarella cheese, nothing else. Mozzarella is ok if the dishes have good, strong flavors. But Mexican cheese is authentic and expected. Rice was dry, steak burrito was shredded beef not steak. Fajita tortillas were hard and stale. But the lack of taste was the biggest bomb. I never reach for the salt when having good. Mexican food. Staff was nice but couldn’t explain the use of mozzarella cheese or lack of flavor.

This place is a find! Little unpretentious amazing place - it is Mexican but not your typical taco place. Wonderful wonderful chicken soup -- best ever! Not super salty like in pseudo deli restaurants -- more like mama would make with pieces of chicken, avocado, vegetables. . . omg! And the steak and mahi salads are fabulous! Also the typical Mexican plates -- everything fresh and delicious. (The portions are quite big, so be prepared for having the rest at home the next day!) Service is quick and food comes nice and hot. And then there are the unlimited chips when you sit down: fresh, warm and so addictive! This is a tiny place so you may have to wait, but we eat around 8 pm so have only waited once. Also there is a nice bar where you can sit and schmooze, and also eat. We go once a week - never never disappointed. When we have family visiting, we bring them here and they love it also. Not your typical Mexican place, but when you leave you are smiling and say Ole!!

The best Mexican restaurant in town. From the salsas (both green and red) to the moles to the burritos to the flan, heck, even the espressos are "on point." Meaning, just like it has to be. Authentic, MEXICAN. My name is Daniel, 36, from Venezuela and Brazil. I lived in Mexico, and appreciate Restaurants that serve food just like it is meant to be served. In an authentic manner. And they do so with excellence, depth of character and simplicity. Speedy service. Good for family. One to two dollar signs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Love this place. The free chips are great and my favorite item is the traditional burrito. The fajitas are exceptional as well. The staff is very polite and provide terrific service.

I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. Ordered the tacos asada and received molded corn tacos. When I go to show the lady and return the food, she tries to convince me it's food coloring. Does that look like food coloring to you? 0/10 would NEVER recommend.
