In the food court of Boca Town Center mall you will find Shake Shack. I feel it is very common to have one at malls now because look at Sawgrass Mills. I did a pickup order online and got the shack burger & hot dog (I was very intrigued). The shack burger as always pleases with a whole bunch of cheeses. While the hot dog came with nothing but ketchup. It was 4$ for a regular hot dog... and everything else was additional. I didn't think it was worth it. At least mustard too. But I ordered to go and it was kinda misleading. It seemed like the hot dog came with everything already but you actually have to click what condiments you want to add and it's additional. Made me miss Costco. Service was good though. Food came out on time.

I should be used to Shake Shack prices by now but everytime I eat here I am still shocked. Their burgers alone are $9 and although they are good, I'm not sure if they are $9 good. Their fries however are one of my favorite fries from a fast food restaurant. They are consistently good. This location in the mall is pretty busy especially on the weekends. It doesn't help that it's located right next to a Chick Fil A which is also very busy. The food took a little longer to come out, of course because of the volume of customers. I've seen mixed reviews on the self-order kiosk but I personally prefer it. It makes processes easier and allows for more workers to be preparing orders. While I don't agree with the pricing, I unfortunately do see myself ordering from here in the future.

WORLDS WORST COSTUMER SERVICE IN THE FOOD COURT IN THE BOCA MALL!!!!!!!!! You don’t have to like your job to do it right, I work in the same mall and interact with the same Boca attitudes too but doesn’t mean I don’t do my job correctly. When a costumer WALKS UP TO THE PICK UP AREA THEY SHOULD BE GREETED AND ASKED THE NAME ON THR ORDER. I got a notification on my phone that my order was ready and homeboy calling peoples name out looked me dead in the eye and ignored me. No one is forcing these people to apply at this place but the least you can do is DO YOUR JOB.

First time using the mall's food court Shake Shack; easy ordering at their pos system, really didn't wait long for a 1:00pm order, everything was made as expected. I'm vegetarian, so I go for the Shroom Burger... super crispy, bun was awesome, it's a nice yum... $9 is a lot for a smallish sandwich, but it's Boca, so it's really not that extremely expensive for this town.

Worst shake schack in the US! Ive been to many and this was a disaster. 20 min waiting for 2 burgers and messed up the order adding toppings when I ordered none. Manager did not care or offer to fix it and just turned her back on me. Dont go to this hole in the ground and tons of people before me had wrong orders also!

Rude, slow service, for a 7 dollar small shake, she was busy on cell phone, with just one customer. I happen to be a 70 year old disabled with back brace from recent back surgery and unable to bend forward, dropped a straw was going to explain, but she was so busy I walked away. She starts yelling at me "Thanks for the trash", yelling my name loudly, on and on behind me. I didn't turn around cause she seemed out of her mind. Sorry about the straw but learn how to behave as a representative of the company.

I LOVE shake shack but this location isn't the best they got my food wrong twice and it was cold as well and I never received my drink . The ambience is loud and not in a good way the service is slow and as said before the food is cold too that mixed together isn't a good combination I'm definitely taking the extra mile to go up to the next shake shack near FAU.

not many people know this i noticed but you have to order at the screen. i saw a few people waiting to order until the workers mentioned it to them . then you order its. bit on the pricy side as nothing is a combo. so it adds up i. waited a while for my food you can see them cooking in the back. my food was a fall apart burger with peper cheese bacon. and a few other items hard to enjoy it my cheese fries were decent the bad part of the burger was my bun was very cold . a little disappointed. but the girl who handed me my fold was super nice asking if i needed anything else. while getting my food . they also lay crayons and. a coloring sheet for the kids.
Parking: No issues and very easy to access.
