I was nervous due to some reviews, and the fact when we arrived there was not many people there, but Shanes Rib Shack was good!I ordered the platter. I got the wings and tenders one. Medium sauce for the wings. Honey mustard for the tenders. My sides were baked beans and mac and cheese.I enjoyed the wings. I asked for all flats. They were good! They had enough sauce. Some places make them so dry, but these had plenty sauce on them! Very happy with that!The tenders were delicious. My boyfriend kept stealing bites.The guy ringing us up said he wasn't a fan of the baked beans, but I enjoyed them. The mac and cheese was good. The bf stole most of that haha!He got the cowboy burger. It was great. Good flavor!He was very happy with it!Altogether, I would definitely go back!

I was excited to try Shane's. Walked in for lunch. Covid precautions appeared in full force. The service was friendly and timely. A few spaced out patrons, but, I decided to eat outside anyway to be on the safer side. The pork was very good, with zero complaints. The green beans appeared to be the canned variety. You can tell by the cut and softness. (I hate that) and my coleslaw was frozen. See pictures. That is not acceptable. That drops it to average.

In town on business ended up here because it was one of the few places around that opened at 11. What a delicious twist of Fate! I got the sampler to get a taste of everything. And everything was good, even the Cole slaw! ? however, the best thing about this place was the friendly service. Makes me wish I lived in Boca.

At 3pm I should have no problem placing an order and going about my life. I walked around the restaurant twice and waited almost 10 min before getting food someplace else. It should not be the customers job to walk in back where they are cooking to grab somebody's attention.Sorry for negative review, but I've been waiting to get your food since moving here a week ago. And today was a total letdown

Lean, juicy, tender. Will definitely be back! Thanks guysUPDATE: We just got 3 of the new Pork Melt sandwiches today 5/1.We loved it!! Perfection in a sandwich.Onion rings are a perfect side and a side of Brunswick stew! Thanks again guys.P.s I had a French fry hold up the bread to see the insides :)

Loved their barbecue chicken!!! It was so moist and was finger licking good! I had their green beans and mac and cheese which hit the spot all around! I lived in the south for 7 years and this brought me back!
Angelina is a perfect example of customer service. She was super attentive the entire time & I have an allergy to dairy & shellfish and although she did not know off the top of her head she went the extra mile to find her allergen menu to ensure I was not ordering anything I was allergic to.If every person were like Angelina, you'll definitely have more consumers. Thanks for a great service, we will be back!

Ate here with my daughter and cousin, food was delicious. I had the cowboy burger it was awesome lots of flavor, my daughter had boneless chicken bites and my cousin had lemon pepper chicken we were very happy.

I'm DONE with this place!! I used to go on occasion. Food was decent. But you pay full service Restaurant prices at a Counter service place! Came here several times to support them this past year. I was generally the only one in the whole Dining Room, though. This is after Florida fully reopened indoor Dining and Hooters and the other Restaurants next door were very busy. Today, I noticed 3/4 of the Dining Room was closed off. Chairs stacked on top of Tables. Not a welcoming sight. Then, I came in and tried to place my order at the counter to dine in. The Employee insisted I put on a Mask. I informed her I couldn't. I am Medically Exempt. It didn't matter to her. I confirmed that the Dining Room was open. She said Yes! I proposed I sit at a Table and call in my order (stupid-right?) She then said- well- you have to wear a mask when you get up and walk around anyway". I said how utterly ABSURD that is. Her reply- "We're just keeping people "safe".. There's ZERO evidence that insane policy keeps anyone safe!! The Virus doesn't Magically STOP when people are seated!! I just left. This is how you treat a Customer? Pfft! Hope they go out of business!! They're disgusting! You LOST ME FOREVER- SHANES!

I was there about a month ago with my mother and the food was amazing. Friendly staff, clean and very courteous. I am thinking about ordering delivery but am kind of hesitant. Sometimes the food tastes better when dining in or picking up, because I feel like some restaurants are not as attentive to delivery orders............. I want to remember the delicious meal we had.......

The pork melt is to die for! One my favorites on Texas toast grilled to perfection! The customer service is also excellent. Warm, friendly and courteous.
