First time eating here. Went to Boca location. The rabbi on the pizza was chopped into little pieces and had very little sausage. Also little pieces of rabbi spread in top- -should be under cheese - expected more from an Italian restaurant. Will never get again. The worst part is we ordered a bottle of Pinot Grigio and ordered another glass when done. They came back & said they were out of Pinot Grigio - What!!! On a Friday night your out! So we reluctantly switched and ordered a glass of Kim Crawford - oh sorry we are out of that too. What! Being a waitress myself for 20 yrs I was shocked the mgr did not come over - or throw a dessert in for your lack of stock. Hire a new purchasing mgr - I mean doesn’t liquor yield the highest margin? The vegetable lasagna was very good. Expected a LOT more from this chain and high district location. Will not be back.

Sharing this on the way home (in the passenger seat) because of how good the pizza was. I’m not a fan of my pizza too sweet sauce wise, and theirs is exactly what I like. I got a pepperoni and it’s the best one I’ve had since I went to New York. I’ve tried a bunch around DFB, and this is by far my favorite so far.

The bartender had a personality of a door. I ordered an eggplant parm it came with no salad no bread everything was extra. Never again. Too many great mom and pop Italian restaurants that offer bread and side of salad or pasta to compliment your meal.

The food was very good and the prices were reasonable.45 minutes wait for a table on Friday night so we sat at the bar.the food came out quick and was very tasty.the prices were more than fair considering what you would have paid elsewhere.cant wait to go back again.

A note to the owner:You can serve good food but if you have careless, incompetent staff with no sense of service behind your counters - it won’t matter.I called in and asked if there is an option to dine in at the restaurant, and the girl told me “take out only”. I arrive and see indoor and outside seating. I asked the same girl “why did you tell me it’s takeout only?” She shrugged and said “sometimes I can’t hear.” Then gave me the tip screen after I paid. No apology, zero accountability. My children thank you for the cold, soggy pizza.Disgraceful.

My fiancé and I went to have our valentine’s day dinner there.The service was awful after we ordered our food. It took them 1 hour to get our pizza! And the restaurant wasn’t even that full!Our waitress forgot about us while she chatted away with the other tables. I couldn’t even get a refill for my soda after asking for it to one staff member, and then to our waitress. I had to drink the glass of water from my fiancé while eating the pizza.The food was decent, but the waitress did a very poor job.Not going back there!****UPDATE****I spoke to the manager, Crystal, about my experience at the restaurant and she apologized and invited us for a free meal.So when we returned last night, we were treated very well and the waitress, Gia, was excellent. Food was great too.We were happy that they made the effort to make it up for us.
We were 4 in our party. All our meals came out at different times. We were never asked for anything else, our plates sat in front of us and were not removed from the table for ever. We love dining there, and there were so many other mistakes, to many to detail. We will definitely return. The food is amazing but the curbside pickup service is horrible. My husband and I picked up our online orders many times and we had to wait 30 minutes after the food is ready, simply because nobody is bringing the food out so the food just sit on the counter, although there is a group of waiters there. Today I literally had to walk in there and pointed my food out. Please note, this is 4:30 pm on Wednesday, not during busy hours or weekends, and the servers are aware of the customers waiting.If the curbside pickup isn’t available and we should walk in to pickup, can you please disable this option in the order system? If not, can you please train your staff how to track and manage online orders, plus show some respect to customer’s time? Thank you.
