My wife and I love SKYFIN Asian Bistro. We most enjoy their specialty rolls. We recommend the four seasons and the sweetheart roll, pictured below. The colorful fish eggs on the four seasons adds a pleasant crunchy texture. As you can see, the sweetheart roll is in the shape of hearts - we haven't encountered anything like it in all our casual sushi eating. I've been eating here ever since they opened a few years ago, and have never been unhappy or disappointed with anything. I don't eat sushi, so I have appetizers like edamame, gyoza, ribs (meat is plentiful and sauce is tasty), eggplant with sesame sauce, fried Brussels sprouts (not greasy and sauce is delicious), and tempura vegetables. We were looking for a place to eat before a show at the Black Box Theater. Skyfin looked close so we decided to try it. Even if it were 5 miles away -- I would highly recommend.
