I never usually write reviews but today I’m pissed. Yesterday I came in and got a large iced matcha latte and the girl who made my drink made it taste disgusting. I go there almost every other morning and the drink is usually always on point. I didn’t complain and just added sugar to make it taste good but what really sent me over the edge is coming back the next morning and the same girl who made my drink yesterday was in the drive thru and handed me my iced matcha latte with the lid not properly closed so the drink spilled all over my car after I just recently got it cleaned. I know mistakes happen but as the drive thru cashier that should be one of the most important things and that’s to check the lid because you can ruin a persons whole day! I’m sorry I’m never coming back! My latte was made with milk do you know how hard that is to clean? I’m so angry!

Usually on point, but in the last month, have made my drink incorrectly five times. They say, call the store to get a refund and it goes to voicemail, then at the store, they said the rain makes it hard for them to hear the order correctly. Really? How hard is it to make the order that is written on the tag on the cup? When you eff up, own up. Common error is to replace white chocolate mocha with regular mocha.

The employees here are great! The bathroom provided for the employees to maintain has a small glitch.The toilet seat “sit on paper” and the “automatic flush feature” kept fighting with each-other when I was trying to sit down.Hack? Rip the middle out “entirely” before sitting down so it’s not flushed away in a race to sit ??

My daughter orders from this location 4 to 5 times a week due to it’s on my way home unfortunately and a few times the coffee is made incorrectly. Today I pick up her order and I asked the guy, Where is the whipped cream? This is the only location that it looks like this and his response was “ It deflates from the air” For almost $10 a drink, you would think you can spare whipped cream and get it right!!! The worst

Pretty nice & spacious location. I ordered 2 coffees & a breakfast sandwich. The order time slightly longer than promised on the app but it was done right and tasted good. Breakfast sandwich was kinda messily prepared and not worth the price but the Nitro coffee is fabulous
