Don't get me wrong I love Starbucks but I feel like this location takes way to long to order and receive your food even when you order online I recommend not going to this location if you in a rush. I also have noticed my drink is always a bit off at this location too. I get the oat-milk brown sugar shaken espresso and it always takes a little funny. I will say the food is always consistent but sometimes cold so I get it double toasted

This Starbucks is fairly new just recently opened. It is extremely busy in the morning. Put your order in 30 minutes ahead. No joke but still the staff is incredible. And the store is clean. Julia, in the afternoon shift was incredibly kind to remake my drink, and she made it perfectly. Be kind and cut them some slack.

This is my third time visiting this particular Starbucks within two months. Today the staff consisted of 5 (that were visible) I asked for water, and they gave me water with no ice. This was unapologetically corrected. Their attitudes are terrible, actually, the happiest person there was the actual order taker. The rest of the staff had sourpuss faces, and were non-communicative; no smiles no eye contact. . This has remained the same at all three visits. I will not visit the Starbucks again, or maybe in a year to see if anything has changed. I am a Starbucks “girl” and I visit one almost every day for several years now, but this one doesn’t even fit in the bunch.?

Visited BEFORE the recent construction that has temporarily closed this Starbuck’s doors only until the end of October, as the sign on the door advertises, crowded, serving an “LA Fitness” gym-crowd, located in the same plaza, and great as Starbucks always is- can’t wait to see the new opened store!!!Kid-friendliness: This Starbucks ALWAYS (without me needing to request it) knows on sight of us to make my 12 year old’s pumpkin Frappuccino with NO COFFEE ??
I went to this Starbucks this morning and I ordered a drink and a sandwich. The drink was half filled up. And the sandwich was freezing cold. I told the lady the sandwich was freezing. And she gave me attitude and made me feel like an idiot for wanting my $8 sandwich to be warm. Definitely do not recommend going to this location. Unless you want to spend $25 on a half filled drink and a freezing cold sandwich.

Great place for a quick stop. This location was relatively uncrowded, so it provides a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. My drink - a caramel ribbon crunch frappucino - was prepared within a minute. More importantly, the drink was absolutely delicious, especially on a hot summer day! I highly recommend this location and the drink!

Ohh starbucks! I get it it's a very popular place even though it's so over priced (eye roll) lol i only go here for certain things because not everything is good. So the down side from here is how slow these people can be! I get it there busy but i shouldnt have to wait over 30 mins just for a drink. Something i seemed to noticed is theh dont work in the order the orders are placed. I dont go that often because then i end up being late to work every single time so this is pretty inconvenient
There was no management in terms of making the drinks, order management. And no hustle.
I love visiting this place and it is my all time favorite.Dietary restrictions: Sometimes I go there, but not a lot.Kid-friendliness: I’m almost 21.
