They just stole my money! I placed an online order for mobile pick up and when I got there they told me they were out of sandwiches. They refuse to give me a refund or any type of coupons to come back. Told me to fill out an online form and maybe somebody would get back to me they weren't really sure.

After a great morning at the park. We decided that lunch from subway would be just the thing we needed. We placed the order for our subs ahead of time on the app and went to Publix in the meantime until they were ready. When we walked in, they hadn’t even started our order. They were taking all of the walk ins first and had us wait for our order. What is the convenience of ordering ahead on the app if we were going to have to wait for walk in customers anyway? On top of that the service was terrible.

DO NOT TIP ON CARD HERE IT DOES NOT GO TO THE EMPLOYEES!!! This location is always clean and staff is always pleasant but they never let me tip on card, like they actively reach over and select no tip before I can, so the time I was able to beat them to it and tip them on my card the staff explained to me that they do not receive those tips. They only get the cash tips.

Subway sent me a coupon, so two days later, I went to the Subway closest to me, about 1/4 mile from me, a 1/4 mile from my address that they sent the coupon to. After ordering, they said they can’t honor the coupon. This location does not accept coupons that Subway sends out. That’s called a bait and switch. Don’t send coupons to neighborhoods that the closest subway won’t accept the coupon. Don’t try to trick customers into coming in for a coupon, then refuse the coupon. That’s trickery and unacceptable.

Very unfriendly crew working. One of the sandwich artist looked very "stabby" and they got angry at me when I asked if they had tea (they obv did not). They didn't have the cheese, chips or tea in stock. I was never greeted when I arrived which I had to do when I worked at a subway in years past. Food was good, but with such a hostile environment and over $16 for 1 sub meal, I would rather get a Publix sub...

The new owners have been doing great keeping the store clean and their food fresh. Much better than previous owner. They greet you with a smile which is hard to get these days. Lady put mayonnaise on my pizza. Then lied and tried to tell me it's cheese and then got an attitude when I asked for a refund. Literally wasted my whole lunch break going back and forth. Never going

Didn't feel Iike cooking or going out for lunch or dinner Thursday as the weather was still very windy in boca. Knew subway was running a Bogo so I picked up a sandwich for lunch and dinner. I know it's blasphemy that I am Italian and ordered a meatball sub but sometimes you want a little fast food day. The meatballs are not terrible as people think. My 2 issues were only this. The bread was way smaller that any other subway I ever ordered a sub at and what I mean is not the length but the width. This was a skinny 12 inch sub roll. Same thing for the tuna I ordered. It is very hard to see from the pic I understand. Also it was dry. Usually you would get a nice amount of sauce and I asked for Parmesan cheese which was nowhere to be found.

Great sandwich, excellent employees too. They atend you right away and are friendly. Everything in the restaurant is clean and neat.

I was in there last week and I went to order my husband a sub and a rat ran across the floor coming from the kitchen. Then I watched it run through the back door back in the kitchen. The worker acted like it was nothing like if it was an everyday thing. They still remain open. Beware of rats

I’ve ordered from this Subway many times, I don’t know what happened tonight but my BLT Sub was miserable looking. Barely any lettuce and the 2 thin pieces of bacon were shoved to one side with two little tomatoes folded in half. Please do better that was not good!
