Decent premium fast food burger. One of the few premium fast food burger chains that serves a decent burger and able to keep their prices competitive with fast food burger chains like Burger King, McDonalds and Wendys.
Shame that the staff at this place is going to put it out of business. How hard is it to give the proper order to the proper Door Dash driver? Driver shows up and the two girls at the front said it was already picked up, so door dash sent 2 more drivers and still no food. People who order delivery most of the time is because they are at work and have a short amount of time to eat on the 30 min allotted time, so thank you girls for screwing up our order for the 3 of us and now we have no lunch. Good job for taking care of EMS people!

Wow these burgers are incredibly! Charred perfectly and all the right toppings - grilled onion, pickle, tomato! You name it. There's also a banana pepper and jalapeño station, which I love! You have to try these burgers!

The burgers are pretty darn tasty and good, the staff on numerous occasions have been kinda rude and not too friendly. The biggest issue with this place, is being able to eat inside. They don't have any or proper ventilation, so if you go inside or eat inside, your clothes and hair smell like a big ole burger until you change or shower... Please ? turn on some ventilation fans or get some installed, nobody wants to smell like a cheeseburger they just want to eat one.

For the love of God. Whatever you do. Do not order from here. Do not support this business. I’m an EMT. I work 16 hour shifts. I have 1 30min break to get something to eat. I ordered my food at this exact location over the phone, and paid for it over the phone so that I had time to eat. When I get there the manager wants to argue with me for my ENITRE 25mins left of my break, saying that she doesn’t see the order. I called the same number in front of her to confirm my order was placed 25mins ago, I got the order number, time, date and location and the manager insisted that she couldn’t find the order. Instead of just making my $12/13 dinner for the 25mins of my break the SHE WASTED, she wanted me to PAY AGAIN for a burger that I PLACED 25MINS AGO!! I had 3mins left of my break at that point and she still insisted I PAY AGAIN. YOU WASTED MY ENITRE MEAL BREAK ARGUING WITH ME INSTEAD OF JUST MAKING ME MY 1 BURGER THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR AND ORDERED OVER THE PHONE!! My partner texted me saying we got a call. So guess what? I don’t get to eat anything for the rest of my shift. I wasted my ENITRE break arguing with the manager who could have just said “sorry for the inconvenience, I’ll make your order now.” Now I have to call my bank tomorrow when it opens and dispute the charges. I’m starving. I don’t get another break or opportunity to eat until my shift ends. What a great way to treat your first responders. ?

Been coming here since they opened, never disappointed until today and it wasn’t bc of the food.A family member and I came in not knowing they were to stop taking orders in 15 minutes. We ordered and sat outside while waiting for the food. I went in to grab condiments and asked a girl whose name I think was Alahondra (only looked at her name tag for a brief moment) for mayo, she said that they didn’t have any. Later my family member went in to refill a cup and asked a different girl for mayo, and she did indeed have mayo to give us… the one who gave us mayo was blonde (didn’t get her name).I’m aware this is a minor inconvenience however, I find it unbelievable that someone would seriously LIE about there being no mayo…

The food is good, but they should really work on their customer service, I had placed a to-go order on their kiosk, as I got my order and I was double checking my order did not see that there was utensils or napkins, so I went to the front register and asked for some utensils and the manager I believe caught an attitude like I was an inconvenience, over a fork and they weren’t even busy maybe like 3 table dining in!
