Disappointing! The new menu is full of nothing more than animal meat. When I called I was passed to the owner, and it was confirmed that the vegan "meats" are cooked on the same surface as the "animal flesh". So much for the "animal friendly, cruelty free" food. Apparently profit is driven by cheap meat. Ugh

If you like hummus, the hummus factory may have something tasty just for you, it's their specialty. I was in the area and wanted something healthy to eat. Instead of going to my usual spot I decided to venture out a bit and that's when I found the factory. I wasn't disappointed at all. I'm glad I stopped in. It was a bit confusing at first but after everything was explained to me I placed my order. My dish was filling, I couldn't eat the whole plate but what I did, I enjoyed thoroughly. I ordered a hummus bowl with their version of ground veggie meat. You can have this dish with pitta bread but I chose to eat mine just the way it was served. I also ordered a side of fries. They offer pitta bread sandwiches, soups, a traditional tubule salad, and sundaes. They don't just cater to vegetarians but to meat-eaters as well. I'm looking forward to visiting again soon. Enjoy!

Hummus was really good and the guys running it could not be nicer. I got the plain hummus but they allowed me to try the sweet potatoes and they were delicious. Definitely worth your time to stop by!

Nice and simple place that's really easy to miss when driving along Federal Highway as its a little recessed in my least favorite strip mall. Tangent: why won't the landlord update this unfortunate eyesore of a strip mall? The staff is very nice and helpful in making selections. We tried a few different selections of hummus and liked them all and I'm looking forward to going back next week to try other items. This is a nice addition to East Boca and I hope they do well.

Everything is amazing here! The vegan meats are to die for. Their pita is so doughy and fresh. The hummus and all the other veggies and mix ins are so good! A little pricey compared to other similar places but worth it in my opinion!

I originally gave this place a 5-star review because the food is delicious, but I have dropped it to two stars because their hours of business are ridiculously erratic. I tried to go for lunch today and they had a sign on the door that said they're making a new menu and are closed. Forget this place and go to Orion Mediterranean across the street.
Fantastic food! Absolutely love this place! The vegan shawarma with mushrooms is my absolute favorite! Gotta get the spicy green sauce to top it off! Highly recommend for the best hummus around!

First off, I NEVER take the time to write a bad review. Unfortunately I have had 2 negative experiences with this location. The Plantation/Davie location is ALWAYS on point. The Boca location, UGH!!! My last order the Pita's were SO hard I threw them away. They were obviously NOT fresh. Even my coworkers commented on them. This current order, the Hummus bowl had SO LITTLE hummus I couldn't even use both pitas, which NEVER happens. When I opened the bowl, I was like, you're kidding me? I am starving, expecting consistency, and this is what I just paid $10 for? The Pita Falafel, same thing. 1/4 of the pita was flat with NO filling! It was totally FLAT!!! I am accustomed to the other location, even Boca when I go in person makes it adequate. Apparently working and having to rely on Uber Eats results in extremely POOR quality, not once, but twice! I am DONE with this location. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING !!!!

Fresh, wholesome and delicious!! First time here. I ordered the Falafel Pita, best Falafel in a long time. Hummus was creamy and perfectly made. This place is spotless. Definitely worth the drive. I will be back!

I came with a friend to the Hummus Factory. The Manager made our food, I asked him who owns this place , he said two guys. He did not know their names. I asked him "who pays your pay check if you do not know their names", he had no answer. Food was good. Well, Oron and Tal, I came back last week, it was 2 nd day of Rosh Hashana (there was no sign on the door to indicate that you will be closed, and when you will reopen), when I called the store, there was no recording either. I returned on Friday. A young kid was at the counter, I told him I would like a Falafel, he asked me how many Balls. Clearly, he does not know how to sale the food. He put gloves on and tried to make my Pita, the Hummus was like cement. He took it back to the kitchen to correct it. Not realizing, he was massaging the door that he held with one hand, while supporting the wall with his right hand. Finally the Hummus was fixed, and he made me the Falafel to go, with the same gloves. Little germs is not such a bad thing , Lol. Gloves must be over rated. The Falafel is good, the help, not so much.

Don’t waste your time and money in this place, paid $16 for hummus bowl for lunch with pita bread & a little amount of shawarma. The guy said “any other toppings is $2 extra” so basically if you want to add a little bit of potatoes and vegetables you are going to pay $20 for lunch??
