I am writing to point out my disappointment with the service I received at your bubble shop on Thursday, at 10:30 AM. As a loyal customer, I believe it is important to provide feedback when an experience falls short of expectations in order to help improve the overall quality of service.Upon passing by your shop, I noticed a long line and was willing to wait patiently. However, after approximately 5 minutes, an employee emerged from behind the wall without any acknowledgment or apology for the delay. When I inquired about the estimated time of completion for the drinks, expressing concern due to the substantial number of customers waiting, I was met with rudeness and a dismissive response. The employee stated that the drinks would be ready when they were ready and promptly walked away.This encounter left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction was disheartening, especially considering the reputation your store has built. As a result of this unfortunate incident, I have made the decision not to return to your shop in the future.Customer service was the worst I've ever had at this location, I would definitely stay away if you want to have a good day!!

Every time I go shopping at Boca Town Center, I always make a stop at Juicy Bubbles. They have the best boba tea in South Florida. There's so many great fruit and milk tea options. My favorites' being the Peach Fruit Tea and the Mango Milk Tea. I highly recommend visiting. Above average customer service: extremely friendly staff and fast service.

First time here today and it was a honestly a terrible experience. I waited an extremely long time to get my coffee con leche although it wasn’t busy. The cashier had to go ask the person making the beverages about my order because she was busy talking to the security guard. I finally get my coffee after about a 10 minute wait I it taste it and it is awful no sugar just bitter. I will be putting in for a refund because it went straight in the trash. Awful service and awful coffee.
I got the fruit peach boba tea that has green tea added to it it was good not overly sweet they defintely put in too much ice for my liking though. One problem was the boba was inconsistent some were so soft and others were hard to bite. The service was also pretty quick even with the amount of people waiting for their orders. Overall I defintely think it's a hit or miss with this place.

I have tried boba tea from almost every boba shops you can think of. By far, this has to be my least favorite. I ordered mango milk tea and it wasn't that flavorful.The boba was too small and wasn't chewy enough. There wasn't enough boba in my drink despite ordering a large size. But I will give two stars for the guy working behind the counter !! For the price of about $9 , it wasn't worth it. Quality is 2/5 .
