What a sad experience! At the end of it all I phoned the manager due to having the worst service ever with The Locale's older, black haired hostess in a mini skirt and tall boots. That night she was quick to tell our mom's group of 7 we could not sit at the 2 booths we asked about that were clearly open. She said they were reserved yet there were no signs on the tables stating so. The place was dead! And, it never picked up. Her supposed 2 reservations never showed even when I left The Locale 2.5 hours later. And when I let her know on my way out the tables were still open she had the audacity to say The Locale didn't need our business. Just to recap, this hostess tried to stick us in a dark corner when the entire restaurant was empty, except for 2 tables hosting two couples and when we asked her for one of the 2 open booths that would accommodate us she pushed back and made up some reserved table story that didn't exist. We felt like she was trying to hide us. Everything was so contrived and I really don't understand why. We were 7 moms who were happy to carve out a little time away for ourselves to visit. Why we were treated so poorly is of great concern and the reason we are afraid to return to The Locale. Our server was good but we wouldn't dare go back as long as the older hostess is there.Parking: The parking is $5.00 valet parking.

I've driven by this place for several years and for some reason never ate here. A big mistake. The Locale Boca Raton – Drink, eat and met amazing people!My friend and I ordered two appetizers: Crispy Eggplant in the appetizer menu $16.95. Three slices of extra crispy eggplant, two slices of mozzarella and tomato. Hard to describe how decadent it was. Then we had Shrimp Ajillo on the Happy Hour menu. $11.95 for five shrimp seared in garlic confit, olive oil, cilantro, scallion and served with toasted ciabatta bread. Again, impossible to describe the succulent flavors blended together. With the fabulous ciabatta bread, we were already full.There's an extensive menu from appetizers to dessert. A great place for sharing. I'm pretty sure there is something for everyone to enjoy.The Locale will definitely be added to my list of local east Boca restaurants and I'm already tasting my next visit.

This is one of Boca Raton’s hidden gems! I started my meal with the French Onion soup. It was exceptional. My wife never eats let alone try’s French Onion soup. She tried this and loved it. For my meal I have Braised Beef ribs over parradella pasta. I can’t explain how good this was. The meat was so tender it melted in your mouth. All of the pasta is made fresh and when tasting it there was no doubt it was fresh. My wife had the Shrimp Scampi and loved it. The shrimp were perfectly size for the dish and the pasta was amazing. The service was excellent!! We never waited for anything. Drinks came right away food was out fast. The servers all helped and did a great job. What a great place. If you are looking for an amazing evening this is your place.

Had a great experience at Locale. First time and definitely won’t be last. Great variety in the menu and everything we ordered was amazing. Maria our server went above and beyond and was extremely knowledgeable. We had many questions since it was our first time and she answered them with great patience. Will definitely ask for her again.
