Service is quick, menu is simple but the food was mediocre but it’s relatively cheap and it’s get the job done. Expected more from the pastrami egg and cheese bagel, there was too much egg not enough of that authentic Brooklyn pastrami.

So disappointed this my favorite place.my Bagel was hard burnt on edges cream cheese barely spread couldn't see it. My daughter is visiting from out of town she loves going here she had barely any cream cheese on hers to.she did enjoy coffee ice cubes

I’m a DoorDash driver and I went in early morning to pick up an order.The female working was actively ignoring me. I watched her as tried her hardest not too make eye contact with me.Didn’t ask who am I picking up for or even say good morning.This is very unprofessional and rudeI know that as delivery driver we’re treated as second class citizens but this takes it too a whole other level.I’m just trying to make a living just like everyone else.

So… apparently BWB is getting rid of their pickup order starting April but I can’t order pickup today 03/16? Os so I was told vía the phone by an emplyee. Pretty bummed out, the convenience of calling in orders on the way to work were my only reason to pick this over Boca Bagel Bar.

I spent $41 for delivery of a dozen bagels, and they got the order wrong. I called to complain and the woman started yelling at me and interrupting me and accused me of yelling at her because I was trying speak louder because she kept interrupting. She acknowledged that they got the order wrong because on a Saturday morning they ran out of bagels. She had no explanation why they took upon themselves to give me whatever they felt liked. I asked for a refund and the woman declined to refund. Poor customer service and honestly the bagels they did send were burnt.

I tried calling 3x to place an order and proceeded to be put on hold each time for 5+ minutes. I figured it was very busy, so I decided to place my order at the counter. I get in and it is not busy at all, and I see the manager with the phone right next to her standing by the register. Pretty frustrated as I needed to get in and out to bring food for my work meeting and this woman is unwilling to answer a phone and do her job. ??

With all the bagel places in Boca, this one was the worst. I ordered two bagels with nova, onion and cream cheese. Because they didn’t offer platters, I asked for everything to be separated. One bagel was supposed to be toasted and it wasn’t, there was tomato in both of them which I didn’t ask for, they did not separate everything as I had asked, but what irritated me the most was that I paid $6.95 for each bagel to add extra nova, and there was less nova that I have gotten in the average sandwich. So they basically STOLE almost $26 from me and I git nothing for it. Also don’t let the name fool you - they are nothing like NY bagels. I’m from NY and I’ve never had a small, hard bagel like this in the worst bagel shop in NY

I love the coffee ice cubes for iced coffee and also love the oat milk and flavored sweeteners. Bagels are all top notch too with plenty of seeds etc on the bagels.The muffins are so-so. I don’t like when the toppings are just on the top of the muffin and not everywhere.The lox bagel doesn’t have capers, which I think is a mistake.But after these complaints it’s still my favorite place for bagels and iced coffee.The staff always seems to be on point and friendly.There is nice covered outdoor seating and plenty of parking.Parking: Plenty of spots to park.
