No frills down to earth breakfast and some lunch items like sandwiches. This is light home cookin disguised as a restaurant chain, I only wish we had one here in Jacksonville.Demographic is definitely mostly retirees or retirees with their grand kids so it's SUPER cute seeing all of them during breakfast.A colleague of mine and I spent a Wednesday morning there working and preparing for a biz meeting while having breakfast. Spinach eggs Benedict was a healthier-ish option to my traditional eggs Benedict, which mad room for the delicious pancakes. You HAVE TO order pancakes at The Original Pancake House!!The cause for the missing star? Two words..."WI - FI"!!! Get it, got it? You need it!

Food came out faster than expected, which is always a good thing! Only downside was the breakfast burrito didn't have any meat inside of it but still tasted good. Our server Delisa was great. Very quick and attentive. Will come back!!

Steak sandwich, cooked great but steak not cut at all on a sandwich? Just sloppily placed unevenly on the bread. Coffee wasn’t great quality.

My Daughter & I decided to go here for Breakfast,,BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! I ordered pancakes and instead of butter (which I can't have because the salt burns the sores in my mouth due to radiation). I was told it would cost $4.00 more! I then asked to speak to the manager and he said NO SUBSTITUTIONS! I said that's applies to food. He said sorry, can't do it! We always go to IHOP & are never charged for whipped cream! NEVER EVER AGAIN!! IHOP here we come!!!

To get out of the mall where we had just picked up our new iPhones, we decided to stay close and stopped at the Original Pancake House, which we hadn’t eaten at in at least five years. I ordered the dish I almost always order there, which is the Eggs Michael, which is their benedict with a mushroom sherry sauce.I recall it having a fresher flavor to the sauce than what came out which had canned mushrooms. Also, I asked the server for the potato pancakes because I remember this dish coming with them in the first place -- but apparently, they no longer do. She nodded and said OK, you can have those. When the food came out, she brought regular pancakes. She apologized because she said she didn’t hear me correctly, but I didn't want to wait another 10 minutes for pancakes to come out, so I took these instead of the regular ones. I didn’t really like them. They were starchy, which I guess is what a pancake is supposed to taste like, but I didn’t love these.Rachel got some chicken crepe thing, it looked nasty, like a bad 70s Chicken A La King thing you'd seen in a vintage women's magazine made with Campbell's Soup. The lunch menu is actually more constrained than what I thought they would have. They don’t even have burgers here. They seem to have regular sandwiches like turkey club sandwiches, BLTs, etc. I didn’t see anything that looked like it could be a roast beef or anything like that, so I ordered breakfast. I don’t think this place is operating at the same level as it did five years ago, let alone 10. Probably don't need to eat here again.
