The Seed is not to be missed--best coffee drinks ever!... cool vibes and all of the baked goods soo delish!! Will never go to Starbucks again ... actually did at the airport recently by default.... Starbucks egg bites were greasy and potatoes inside were still frozen. (Had to throw them out.) Yes to The Seed -all day long !

Staff took 15min to give me my food because they forgot also they were not very pleasing when I asked for my food and gave a bit of attitude.

Amazing humans work here and I love that the most! The woman who made my drink was so nice and took the time to talk to me and then made me a delicious latte! I also like how the latte didn't come out scolding hit so I could enjoy right away. Got an açaí bowl as well called the biz that was great. The place is super nice inside too so I'm giving it 5 stars all around and will be back next time I'm in

I have to say I was very excited to come here. I've heard such great things from everyone so I had to try it. It was a little crowded on a Saturday around 11:30 but the line moved fairly quickly. The barista was helpful with my order and recommended a cold brew over a nitro. I also got a slice of blueberry cake. The coffee was fine. Your standard cold brew. I ate the blueberry cake room temperature. It wasn't soft and fluffy and moist. So definitely warm it up. The iced coffee and slice of cake cost $14 which it really wasn't worth. The ambience was beautiful. Very modern and clean with lots of indoor and outdoor seating options. Would I drive 15 minutes to come here again? Probably not. But I would try other drink flavors if I was in the area again.

The Seed, a Coffee + Juice Bar in Boca Raton, turned out to be a pleasant surprise. At first glance, its proximity to a gas station might set low expectations, but it's genuinely worth the visit. The food is good, and the place sports a nice, modern aesthetic that elevates the whole experience.During my visit, the staff's demeanor was a mixed bag. One of the two staff members we interacted with came across as a bit cold – no smile, very direct – which might not be everyone's cup of tea, especially on a typical Monday morning. However, given the day of the week, it's understandable and didn't significantly detract from the overall positive experience.I do recommend The Seed for anyone looking for a quality juice bar in Boca Raton. The quality of the food and the ambiance of the place make up for any minor shortcomings in service warmth. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Get your March special latte from a south Florida staple coffee shop! Choose from childhood favorites like Lucky Charms, Fruity Pebbles and Cinnamon Toast Crunch served hot or iced! Their baked goods are absolutely delicious too so grab a loaf or an empanada, quiche, cinnamon roll and so much more . This place is really special and we are there probably 3 of 5 works days lol staff is friendly and plenty of seating. Check out their other locations!

Maybe it was the wrong day to come. The girl who took my order wasn’t too inspired. The latte I ordered was warm. The bathroom was out of service. The table I got was dirty and nobody seemed to care or be aware of. Really small place next to a gas station. It was just a quick stop for me. And it was quite expensive for a latte with almond milk (1.25 extra for the milk).

The coffee and croissants were great! I wish they didn’t have fake plants as part of their decor though. While I understand this is not in the priority for most people when they look for a cafe, ?it’s a fun element for me and is part of the overall experience. ?

I've come here many times over the last seven years or so. Overall, it's a good place to get fresh coffee. The main detracting issue is the inconsistency in food preparation and service. For instance, I ordered the same drink two days in a row. The first day, it was perfect--syrup and cold foam added a pleasantly sweet flavor to the coffee. The second day, the same drink was completely different. Though the foam was visible, and they confirmed there was syrup, it somehow tasted flavorless. The barista also said it was "regular" milk, though that's not what I ordered. After clarifying that a I asked for a different milk, they then said it wasn't regular milk, even though that's what they originally said it was. After getting home, I'm pretty certain this is the wrong milk, which I do not drink for health reasons. The espresso drink turned steadily more bitter, which should never happen when made properly. I bought a $10 espresso drink where half was poured down the drain. Tip for the baristas: customers can taste the difference between the milk they ordered and the substitute you try to give them. If I ordered something, that's what I expect. Four of the items ordered were either rung in wrong, made wrong, or not delivered at all. The cashier left before letting me pay, so I was stuck at the cashier. Mistakes were addressed in a perfunctory way, though after the fourth issue a brusque service manner seems to add an unpleasant tone to the experience. It seems like this was an off day for the entire team, which can happen, but the variance in service and preparation is high enough over time that I reconsider whether to come here to avoid unpleasant experience. For the prices paid for quality food, I expect a quality experience. This particular team didn't hit the mark. I love to come in and support this business, but the issues are a little too frequent. This is supposed to be a little affordable luxury and necessary caffeine, but it really becomes more of a roll of the dice.

I came to Seed around 10am on a Friday morning to work and get breakfast. Unfortunately it was extremely busy and there was literally no seating. I waited until someone left to finally sit down. I ordered chicken empanada and their green juice. I paid $19.75 for the two. I think this is extremely too much for an empanada and juice. They tasted good bitbut definitely overpriced for me.
