Prime sea food not, their food and drinks are not worth the price, the view perhaps is the only motive why someone would come to this restaurant, my friend seemed to be pleased with his burger so I gather this is the perfect place to have a burger by the inlet but definitely not seafood nor drinks unless you are staying at the hotel without any other options to order or leave and grab some fresh wild caught see food.

Ambiance food and service was great! The breeze and view in this hidden treasure is spectacular!

Views are beautiful, my martini was very good and the guacamole was excellent. Very limited menu sort of pricey and service is slow. I will still go back as this is one of the best views, especially in Boca. I was able to park on my own no problem. They really should put fans outside by the tables, definitely would help.

Tried to call early to get a reservation but there is a phone shunt and there is no human to talk to. Checked into hotel at 6pm. Guest status means nothing. We check in with the hostess at Sea Spray who informed us that we had an 1.5 hour wait for a table. We sat at the bar downing overpriced drinks until I felt the need to write this review. It is now 7:40 and no table in sight.

Your nearby food options are limited if you're staying at the Waterstone, so stopped by here for a bite to eat. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich for lunch. It was pretty basic; a little dry. I've had better fast food grilled chicken burgers, unfortunately. I came back for breakfast the next day because, again, no other food options. Salmon lox and bagel. Pretty simple dish. I sat and watched all the other tables get their food. I had to inquire about my order after 15 min and it subsequently showed up. Nothing on the plate required cooking....someone seems to have forgotten my order.

Vastly improved after years of disappointing experiences! Excellent & attentive service from staff, especially our waiter Justin. Food was fresh, plentiful & beautifully prepared. Super comfortable seating. Needless to say, an absolutely gorgeous setting, worth paying a bit more for menu items. Will be back!!

Top place, great view, very good food and staff...and by the way, I worked there back in 98-99 (the old Watercolors), all very professional.

Best Place for Mimosas in Boca with a Post Card View of the Inlet.

Breakfast by the inlet. Great view and a solid breakfast... but it looses out on: WAY too many flies coming in off the water, and the service staff was hard to find. We stopped waiting for our toast to accompany our eggs... and our drinks did not get a chance to be refilled... and we ever so needed our coffee to be refilled. The chairs are more comfortable than the benches by the glass. But nothing was overly comfortable that you would expect from a high-end hotel like this. Very stylish and pleasing to the eye, but just an overall uncomfortable experience. Steak and eggs were SPOT ON. The chimichurri was very mild and good for a morning starter. The eggs were cooked to perfection. But, as I was busy swatting at flies the entire time in competition for my steak... not an enjoyable experience. Maybe drinks in the afternoon/evening would be better, but would not want to battle the bugs for this price and known alternatives.

Really unimpressed with the quality of the food. Everything looks good. But the steak didn't have a very good flavor, I took the stuff on top of it off. The mashed potatoes tasted sour, like way too much lemon. I tried the burger and fries another day and the fries were good, but the burger was tasteless. The key lime pie was also overly sour, even the ice cream served with it was sour. It's a hotel restaurant so the prices were very high. The positive is the service was great my second visit!

We attending a Saturday night wedding at the Addison, that started at 7. The outdoor venue was beautiful but the weather was 90 degrees and it was very uncomfortable. The wedding and the cocktail hour was in the atrium with no air conditioning. Appetizers were delicious but it was too hot to really enjoy them and very little seating. We were allowed in the banquet hall at 8:15 to find our seats. Dinner orders were taken and we were served salads at 8:30. There were the wedding party introductions, toasts, and first dances but no food. Our dinner arrived at 9:30. Food for dinner was also very good but by the time we got it, it was too late to really enjoy our meal. There was no wedding cake, but dessert was served at 11:15pm. Some people had left before that. I was told the venue sets the schedule, not the wedding party, so anyone looking to book this venue, should ask a lot of questions. I would not recommend this venue for a traditional wedding. It ran much too late.

We attended a wedding at this beautiful venue. Everything was perfect, from the staff to the food to the tasteful decorations and landscaping. Everyone had a great time.

Dinner: my Sea Bass and Brussel Sprouts had no flavor. My rum drink could not taste any rum whatsoever. We ended up boxing up our food due to a swarm of flies attacking us! There were 8 people in our party! Very disappointed!!
