Everything I've had is excellent, but The Floridian omelet is next level amazing! Succulent seafood, perfectly cooked eggs with cheese and hollandaise sauce. Every bite is heaven!

Well I drove from Tennessee to check on a 19yr old they say I brought to Florida and sold...and then was told by Lori she wanted to talk to me after buying a shrimp po Boi and then leaving a $20 tip and well then i returned at 130 only to be told she doesn't need a babysitter...yadda yadda yadda but Lori refused to let her speak for herself or not stand over us while trying to find out I'd this girls ok.....then told me I needed to leave even threatened to call the police on me....well the police wouldn't even do a welfare check......soo I will be back...and welllll it might look like night time when I do...but yes Nicole's attitude and service is probably the only reason she's still open.......and she's very very very beautiful I must say...my dog wouldn't even eat the chicken sandwich not do to presentation but due to the smell I guess....cause the whole entree looked fabulous ? besides that Ole hag that tempting to be a broken mama bear and ight need some flatpancakes

Best omelettes and sandwiches on the island and beyond . During season it's a hub and when everyone leaves for wet season and it's just us locals - this is a gem to have - comforting delicious food right up the street and very friendly service - to the out of towners- please be patient when frequenting our local businesses- relax - enjoy the experience and awesome food !

Went to Salty Girls Island Cafe for the first time today. Someone who was seated after our group got their order taken before us, so we walked out. Not good customer service, let the waitress know that we were leaving because she was assisting them before us. I will never be back!! I miss Island Grill, that would have NEVER happened.
