First time using this location. They closed ours in town during covid and never reopened. So if I want Pizza Hut I have to drive 10 miles to get it I wish they would open it and bring back the buffet in your restaurants. I loved going for lunch or supper and getting a buffet. Was told in one corporate decided to not do buffet anymore. Many big chain restaurants still do them and people are fine. If you don't feel safe eating a buffet, don't eat it.
One of the very few Pizza Huts where you can actually sit down and enjoy a good meal. The pizza never disappoints, th root beer is refreshing and the service was great.

I sat at the drive thru for over thirty minutes watching a girl eat her food and talk on the phone before she opened the window and asked what I needed... I was so frustrated at this point because last time was almost the same except they forgot that I was out there waiting for my order and my order sat up there almost the whole time but no one cared

Vegetarian options: Had the all vegetable pizza..multiple toppings to satisfy all cravings. Hot & delicious when delivered. Might add that staff was pleasant, courteous, & fast!

My pizza was overcooked and the boneless wings could have been described as meatless wings.
Every time I order from the Bonifay Pizza Hut, my order is wrong. The last two times I ordered “dipping sauce” and never received it. I live too far out of town to just run back and grab it…. So irritating ?

How aggravating. How frustrated I am.. How embarrassed I am.Today one week ago. I paid Pizza Hut to deliver three large pizza on Thursday, the following day.. This, For the crews working on and cleaning up the city streets after the recent storm.. Along with a pretty nice delivery tip.I found out today(7days later )that Pizza Hut, did not deliver the pizzas. Nor did they process my order.This after I told Trey, (the supervisor) to make sure his crew was going to be at the shop for lunch. My treat in appreciation for their hard work.I was refunded my money. But I can't get a refund on having a group of men waiting on lunch that I told their boss was going to be there. And it never showed up.......I'm disappointed because I went against my own rule. I had expectations of Pizza Hut.And I've always said, If you do not want to be disappointed by anyone. Don't have any expectations of them.Thank you very much Pizza Hut of Bonifay Florida. They say that the older you get you no longer learn...... Not true. I definitely got educated.Your Technical and Tactical proficiency, Not only made a, FOOL out of Me.But it also Can be found, bouncing at the bottom of the Marianas trench. Along with the whale poo. We live and we learn everyday

Ordered online which took me 35 minute due to site not working right. Got ordered very dissatisfied. One Pizza didn't have any sauce or cheese on it just toppings very dry. Other pizza very dry. Pasta only was less than half full and no top just stuck in box, also dry. Never had this problem before at this location. They were not busy. Makes me not want to order from pizza hut again, if you spent that much money you should be able to enjoy it.
