We have been in this restaurant for few years. Not sure what has change but last two times, ordering to go sushi is so bad, flat and not how they are in person.

Italian food and sushi? Yes, thank you. Sushi is very good, margherita pizza a must do. Happy hour specials are a must.

Always great meal and service. Sushi is fresh. Bolognese sauce best ever.Close tables, so hard to talk at times. Nice cozy atmosphere. Love it here!

I picked up a to go order. When I got home I realized it was not what I ordered. I called and spoke with the owner, Michael, he told me since I didn't look at it before I left the restaurant it was my fault. I was out $75 because I did not get what I ordered. Lisa is missed

We visited this past week and sat at the bar for an early dinner. We skipped breakfast and lunch so we were super hungry (and thirsty). We ordered some features and some Happy Hour specials and were completely satisfied with everything that we ordered. Drinks were amazing and the food service was impeccable. Our bartender was exceptional and her smile and attitude were a real pleasure!!!!Cirella's ALWAYS delivers. If you find it differently, you may be too difficult to deal with as a human being.

First time here, last time here. Service, terrible. Worst I've experienced in a long time. Waitress didn't know the menu, had an attitude when we brought up the issues with our food. Food, bland at the absolute best if they can get it right. Mussels in 2 out 3 dishes were not cooked, 1 order was incorrect and took an additional 20 minutes to be corrected(mistakes happen but seriously?) No one at our table finished out meal. And the manager was less than helpful. I'd give this place zero stars if I could.

We had dinner at Cirella's on Friday, 9/16/22. It was very slow, which was nice. In season it's crazy busy. No resi, we just walked in. Service was great. New server, but she was very good. My dish, eggplant parm, was good. My husband's dish, linguine pescatore, was a huge disappointment. It was not good. It looked terrible, and the seafood listed on the menu was non existent. Was not worth the $28. There were no scallops, no shrimp and no mussels. The clams, very small and about 6, had the clam on one side, and he was thinking minced calamari on the other side of the shell? Lots of pasta though. He had the same dish, back in season, and it was delicious. It was like night and day. The menu is also much much smaller. Many dishes no longer offered. The menu on line is what their menu used to be. So disappointing. Always had a good meal there.

Ordered 5 California rolls for 3 people and it came out on 5 different plates? We couldn't even fit all the plates on our table because they give you bookoos of silverware and bread and condiments. So we had to compile all the sushi I'm unsure why the sushi chef or server would even send it out like that. Overrated. Service was okay.

According to a newspaper article, the new restaurant will increase the outdoor dining/bar area and the entire restaurant will be much more upscale and catering to a different crowd than the old restaurant that is missed!!! It will be interesting to see how the new version will accommodate so much more parking that will be needed assuming permits allow for a larger number of customers.

Sad to see this spot go downhill. Poor service, terrible sushi that was dry and pasta that was almost inedible. Server was unresponsive and bartender drinks were weak. Disappointed in a spot we always enjoyed. Won't be back.

Great happy hour. Generous martini and nice house wines. Excellent vodka penne. Mussel appetizer marinara also very good. We will return to try the sushi.

I don't understand the negative reviews. Our experience was just opposite. From making a reservation, to the hostess seating us to our waiter, Gil. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service. Then when it came to the sushi at an Italian restaurant, we really enjoyed it and we know good sushi. I've had several of their Italian dishes as well and enjoyed each one. Since Covid, many people are looking forward to everything getting back to normal. So are we. However, we greatly admire and appreciate the people willing to come back to work and take care of us despite all of the griping they put up with. This is one of our favorite restaurants and the people are a big part of that.

When I dine out I judge a restaurant based on ambience, service, and food quality. Cirella's fails on all three. Ambience - the noise level was beyond extreme with clearly inebriated patrons literally shouting across the table. Management was oblivious or some of the waiters joined in. Service was terrible, waiters were more interested in kibitzing with regulars or hanging out around the bar. Server never checked back to see if we were OK, which we definetly were not. I had to chase our server down after waiting 15 minutes for the check. We had sushi, which was very overpriced and bland. Lots of "krab", cucumber, and avocado. What fish there was was of dubious quality. There are plenty of good restaurants in the Naples/Bonita Beach area. Don't waste your time or money here.
