9 out of 10 times there, usually around 9am they are out of French crullers. If they sell so many why don't they order a extra tray every day from the central kitchen.

Sugar raised doughnut were a glazed doughnut with some sugar on it. Went in and asked Mgr for correct doughnuts and she said they were. I asked to replace with jelly instead and she said she would have to charge me because she had to throw the others away! Not good service from Mgr. All other people there were excellent.

Don't really like to go to places that got very poor star rating sometimes you can't go based on that atmosphere is good it places clean the girls work their butt off in there as well as the guys they're they're Pleasant food is good unlike other Dunkin' Donuts most places have flies inside definitely recommend this placeParking: Very tight like most of these Dunkin' Donuts not enough parking space

I come here a lot, and coming here is usually a hit or miss, but my experience today (12/12/23) really draws the line. I was on my way to work, and I was kind of in a hurry, so I went to order in the Dunkin app, quickly realized that the app was down, so I arrived at Dunkin and ordered an iced peppermint mocha, no problem right? Wrong! I get it and it was a watered down iced coffee. No whipped cream, no topping, no effort! I didn’t have time to complain as I was going to be late for work so I took it anyway. One sip and BLECHHHHHH! Did not taste like peppermint at all. I dumped it as soon as I got to work. DO BETTER!

These kids that work is destroying dunkins drinks...how can you mix up an iced latte with iced coffee. Then when I asked how to use the dunkin app the guy at the window had no idea. I really hate going to this dunkin ? but it's the only one in that area.
Will never return to this location. Attempted to get a couple coffees 25 min before close and the young man that was working drive through on Thurs Sept 28th rudely informed us they "didn't have coffee. Essentially meaning he didn't want to make fresh coffee. Also, the last time stopping here, the coffee tasted like burnt rubber. Do better Dunkin! We will not be back

Came at 6:45 pm with my husband to get food and the teenager lied and said the oven “was broken” we come out to our cars and he locks the door . Clearly didn’t want to make food 15 mins prior to closing so just decided to lie .
