Super yummy ice cream. There's only a few seats that fill up fast on busy days and ambiance is lacking, but the quality of the ice cream is superb. We visited late on a Wednesday night during snowbird season and the place was buzzing with people. Nice to have access to something to do downtown Bonita Spring. Will return!

Never again. I just spent over $22 on two large runny as can be milkshakes! First of all I've never spent $22 on two milkshakes in my entire life. To top it off, they were milked down so much they were incredibly runny and you could literally slosh it around the cup. We were there at 1:00 in the afternoon, only ones in there, so it wasn't like they were busy and hurrying up. Terrible. I would normally say I'd go back to give another try but now that I know it's $11 for a milkshake, I don't care how good it "could" be, that's way overpriced!

their site is easy to navigate. they are quick to call if there's an issue. they are quick with turnaround. a dear friend's husband passed away a few days ago. they had to do the funeral this week or wait till after Easter. they chose to bury him sooner than later. since I couldn't be there in person. They're a few states away. I wanted to send a beautiful plant. desperate to find someone who could deliver on such short notice I turned to Google. Heaven Scent was a few down on the list, but I'm so glad I found them. I ordered, the plant I wanted was out of stock. they called to discuss my options. it was an easy process and they were patient with me as I decided which to choose. the plant was delivered today. it is more stunning than I could have imagined. it looks healthy and bright. thank you ladies!

Can’t comment on the quality of the ice cream, because after I walked in the door (BEFORE closing time), I was told they were closed.Funny thing is, they weren’t closed. There was a line of people already in there and it wasn’t yet closing time and the door was open.I pointed that out, but it didn’t do any good, the woman rudely pointed out that she was NOT serving me.Nice way to treat people…I get it, you wanna close early and go home, but it’s a bad look for the business.

IMPORTANT IF YOU HAVE A SEVERE PEANUT ALLERGY: I was told that what I ordered didn't have peanuts in it and they even used a different, peanut-free scoop to scoop my ice cream, but I still bit into a peanut piece that was somehow in my ice cream and had to go to the hospital. This place either needs to work on cross contaminating less or needs to tell people who have severe allergies to go elsewhere. It's a shame, since the ice cream was delicious and since For Heavens Shakes is such a cute place (I added a star for the good experience I had before the reaction). But I just thought it would be important to mention here since this put me in danger and I want to prevent it from happening to others.
