The guy that owns this place is a big mouth jerk! When a customer is paying and the screen pops up for you to leave a tip, he announces out loud the total price and NO TIP if you don’t give one!! Who does that? I was planning to throw my cash tip in the jar but after that snarky remark I left nothing! I will not go back to this location.

This is the best Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to in my life. The manager is so welcoming and happy and the staff supports that also. I’m always greeted with a smile and the best customer service. It’s so clean and you can tell the employees really appreciate their workplace environment. I won’t go to any other Jersey Mike’s because I’m just let down. Don’t pass up on this great food and environment

In a world where most sandwich shops have long lines and togo orders not ready.... this place changes it all up. Never have to wait long even when there is a line, food is always ready on time when put in online(even during lunch rush) constantly good, good staff. Thanks for being great to all the staff here

One customer and 2 customer service. I waited about 5 minutes as one person was servicing another customer. There was no acknowledgment by either customer service. It was apparent that it was a large order . My expectation was simple...acknowledge I'm there and ask for my order. Is that really too much to expect. I left and went to Publix.
