They’re not charging for water anymore. Lunch specials quantities are small, taste good but missing extras like kiefer lime leaves.,,

Manager was not in tonight..long waits to where you did not see a service attendant anywhere but could hear them laughing in the back..hour wait for takeout..tried to speak to employees and they literally would turn and walk away..never ever again will they get my business.

Geat food, service and overall quality. Wife and I visited this weekend, we ordered the tuna chips which were delicious as an appetizer along with the Hurricane and Monkey rolls. Both were amazing and we topped it off with the banana Tempura. This was our first time but it wont be our last!

Bonita Springs location. Worst service ever. Wrong order, waitress then brought entrees before the papaya salads. We paid for our drinks & left prior to the order ever being corrected. Will not be back & will leave appropriate negative reviews on Google & Yelp warning others. Was passing thru the area & thought we would try it as the outside appeared to be fine & a corner business. Men's sink was overflowing on the floor in the restroom. Regards. Kathy & Larry

Used to love this place. This time service was slow and VERY inattentive...waitstaff was more interested in watching/cheering on a soccer game than helping customers. Food was very mediocre and bland.Flagged our waiter down to let him know we were done and to add Thai donuts and a Mango with Sticky Rice to go to the bill. We waited another half hour after this for our bill and desserts to go.When we got home we found the donuts undercooked and the sticky rice was hard and dried out- inedible (looked like it had been sitting for a couple days)... will never go back.

My husband and I visited Komoon for the first time Saturday evening with 2 friends who had recommended this restaurant. There were about 6 other tables / groups of people when my husband and I arrived at 7:23 pm. Our friends arrived slightly earlier and had already gotten a booth for us.The menu is extensive and has a lot of variety. When the first server took our order, we asked for a separate check for me and husband - both couples would pay separately.I ordered green tea, miso soup, and chirashi. My husband ordered green tea, Coke with no ice, veggie roll with soy paper, and steak a la plancha. Our friend ordered green tea, curried duck, and appetizers of tuna tataki and naruto roll. Our friend's girlfriend ordered coconut sake and a Viper roll. The appetizers arrived at 8:24pm, but the wait for the main dishes felt extremely long as they arrived about 20 minutes later at 8:41pm. This means that from when we got there to when we ate the main dishes, we waited about 1 hour and 20 minutes. This was unusual since most of the other customers already left by the time we received our food...Anyway, the food itself was overall good. Minor details that could be improved: leaner NY strip steak without ligaments (we're from the northeast so we know what real strip steak quality is like and this was not it), octopus (tako) from the chirashi could be cut thinner for less rubberiness, drink order should be the correct amount as we received an extra order of Coke (that we paid for) but did not ask for. e're not in the habit of sending food or drinks back, so we just went with it.To prevent this type of confusion, we recommend having 1 waitstaff assigned to a table instead of 3 servers that were taking our orders during our visit OR have a shared ordering system that shows the specific orders for each check. This caused the last server to separate the check AGAIN, which took another 5 or so minutes asking who ordered what. I'm just glad we all remembered our orders, and it was easy, though it felt like double work (for us) that we were paying them for. This issue is why they lost 2 stars from their service, though everything else was 5 stars. As a side note, I did not use the restroom, but I was told by my husband that the men's room sink faucet was broken, so men were supposed to use "other one" according to the sign, but there was no other faucet except the women's restroom. There was also a bunch of Bruno Mars playing during our entire dinner, maybe someone is a fan? ?‍♀️Other important and notable aspects about this restaurant: the place is relatively clean, booths are not sticky or greasy-feeling, menus are clean, and the raw food is fresh enough. I'd return here for the rolls, but not for the cooked food.Parking: Lots of parking spaces on a Saturday night

I went in with my son last night and ultimately left before they could even take our drink order. We stood at the host stand for about 5 minutes before anyone even looked at us. I kid you not, there was only 3 tables of people in the place and they could not manage to acknowledge us, make us feel welcome, or take our drink order. And it was very obvious they didn’t care too much. The only time we were acknowledged was when the owner noticed we were leaving.I’ve always enjoyed this place but in recent years the quality has gone downhill tremendously.I hope they find better staff.

I used to LOVE this place. I’m a local that has grown up here. This was my family & friend’s favorite place. The food is usually great. My boyfriend & I decided to go dine in since we usually do take out. We sat there for an hour and a half and received our order of edamame 45 minutes after we got there & it was cold. I had to flag my server down to ask for it to put heated up. We proceeded to wait over an hour for 3 sushi rolls. I asked him 3 times for a status of our food. I had to go stand outside of the kitchen door to flag him down and talk to him. My boyfriend went up a 4th time to ask about our sushi & he FINALLY said that they were completely out of salmon after all that time. We just left & ended up getting sushi from the publix next store and eating it in our car. Like i said in the beginning I usually LOVE this place. My favorite sushi in our area, but this was extremely upsetting & unprofessional. It will be a long time before i’m back, if ever. In the summer it’s usually better service but even then it’s never been great service.

The worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Ordered thru Uber. Treated the Uber driver like trash, wouldn’t address them or give them the order, wasted all of our times. They are extremely rude, accepted the order but wouldn’t cancel and wouldn’t make it. Don’t ever waste your time. No one deserves to be treated like that.

One of the worst service experiences in my entire life. We waited well over an hour after ordering and still didn’t have most of our meal, which came out one at a time so we couldn’t even eat together. All we got from the incompetent wait staff was excuses. The food we got was mediocre anyway. Don’t waste your time or money - go anywhere else.
