Absolutely loved Mangroves! From the food, to the service, to the location, it couldn't be topped! My waitress was so sweet, she recommended the wings for me, went over the drink menu and the specials, then she left me alone. That's all I ever want when I go to a restaurant: tell me what I can eat, let me eat in peace, and then give me my check LOL. And that's exactly what she did. I was eating indoors because I was working a little bit, but the weather was nice so I decided to go outside and continue my meal. She made sure to come out there to ask me if I wanted water or any additional food. And when she left my check, she kind of disappeared for a bit. When I got up to leave, she opened the door for me, brought me a box for my wings, and sent me on my way. She got a hefty tip and I will be back to Mangroves!

The pizza was so good but the service wasn't good as the waiter had no idea how the food was cooked because it was a "new menu". I recommend it as the music is nice and the feeling in there is nice and there is usually sport games playing on the tvs.

Menu on here and linked are obsolete. I wish I thought to post a picture of the current menu. Maybe someone else can or management can update.

A perfectly serviceable bar and restaurant in the hotel pool area. The servers bust it running around in the heat, serving poolside and at the bar and tables. Four of us in for lunch while we waited for our rooms to be ready. Burgers, fries, sandwiches were all just fine. Drinks were a tad pricey but well made. If you're staying here at the Hyatt this is fine for adults and the children.

We found Mangroves our second day at the Hyatt. All of the food is good, but I highly recommend the PEI mussels! The drinks there are the best on property. Try the Oh My…Margarita. Our servers were friendly and proficient, and we had various choices of seating areas.

Beautiful hotel and property. The food was delicious. We had multiple cocktails that were delightful. Chicken wings were delicious, and the chips with blue cheese dip were amazing. We will definitely be back. Staff was friendly and quick with food and drink orders.

I consider this a hotel bar and I'll rate it like one. I was staying at the hotel for a few days and didn't really want to leave the hotel much. I went to the bar 3 times. I got drinks each time and every drink was good. (They have a great drink menu.) Everything I ordered to eat was good. The burger, fish sandwich, and wings were all delicious. Maybe it's different if they are busy, but it's been pretty quiet while I've been here and everything was speedy and good. I wouldn't call it a 5 star restaurant. But I'd give it 5 stars as a hotel bar for sure. It's been good enough for me to keep coming back and I guess that's the best way to determine if it's good or not.

The prices at happy hour are laughable, over $90 for a couple of sandwiches, and a few drinks, no matter what their menu says online their discount for the evening was 10% off their wine completely different than the last time we went there, they have the same old menu online that shows great discounts, try KJ's across from Paige Field. You will end up with a great meal at a great price.

Lot's of poor reviews, but I had a good experience here as a captive audience staying at the hotel. Ordered the mussels which I would highly recommend - great flavor and a plentiful portion for the price. A selection of craft cocktails are available - I ordered the Old Fashioned and it did not disappoint. They touted their wood fired pizza which we also ordered, but the crust just did not quite seem right. The atmosphere was a bit rowdy on Saturday with a wedding having just let out as well as what appeared to be a convention going on. Overall though decent hotel food, friendly service, and a great cocktail menu.

We are staying at the Hyatt, and wanted to try dinner at Mangroves. We enjoyed our meal at another Hyatt Regency bar, and gave this one a shot. The atmosphere was very comfortable and the view into the hotel was definitely upscale. Our server was perfect! Quick, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a pizza, grilled pimento cheese sandwich, and cannolis for dessert. The grilled cheese was unique and very good! The pizza is about 12", and was very fresh and delicious. The cannolis were surprisingly good as well! We were starving and our meal hit the spot!

The food was bad, everything was cold and inedible. The lady at the bar was staring at my family abnormally for long amounts of time. The staff was rude and obviously overworked. The pizza was flimsy and did not seem to be fresh made, probably came out of a box. The drinks were nice. But overall bad experience will not be returning.

We checked in late and I was hungry about 8pm-ish. I ordered the grouper sandwich. The bread it was served with was stale but the fish was fresh. The service was excellent. I had my wife there and they just assumed we were splitting it and presented two plates with the sandwich split. It was nice but she had already eaten. Still a nice touch. Overall, it was a bit loud, but what do you expect it's a bar. The fries were even good, but that stale bread killed the sandwich.

Poor service! waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks. Food came after 45 minutes and it was warm at best. Waitress was not very friendly. I will not go back.
