Authentic. The food here is really delicious. I would not have known this cafe was such a gem by outward appearances. Parking is awkward. If you don't speak Spanish (like me), you may struggle a bit. It's worth it. The Mayan Cafe is a gem. The food is so good and the people are kind. There's a sense of community. The food tasted like it was made with love.

Food was great but the entire restaurant was filthy, so much so that it was really off putting.

Hidden Treasure with a talented cook and warm hearted service . We loved this restaurant near wonder gardens and went here after our visit to the animal park. It’s a simple but warm family restaurant where you feel welcome. The Food is outstanding and everything was homemade and of great quality. The staff was very Child friendly. Basic knowledge of Spanish is recommendable but you can navigate with their English menu. We can’t wait to go back.

Blown away. I was expecting good Guatemalan food but the care taken with every dish, from the sides to the mains, left me wishing for a second stomach. I cannot adequately convey how much I enjoyed my meal here and look forward to my return.
