Ok my honest opinion.When I think of fine Italian food, I think of the first thing that usually arrives at the table. The bread.I'm not sure where Italian restaurants in the states ever adopted serving cold, hard, seemly week old Italian bread, and they would think anyone would enjoy it!Been to Italy twice, ate at many restaurants. Not one served nasty cold hard bread! They were all soft inside at least, well spiced, usually warm and delicious!Not here.Next, the fried zucchini was just not good at all. Short fat zucchini "fries" that just didn't taste good at all.Marinara is lack luster.We.got veal, alla-vodka pasta, manicotti w bolenaise. Very average or less then average due to too much salt or lemon or just poor flavor.I just don't get it. Don't they taste their food?Only thing going for them was portions are very large.Atmosphere is nice, but who cares.about that when the food is so lack luster?It's just not very good food. If you want a very good sized portion of food that lacks flavor w a nice atmosphere, this may work for you.My pinot nior was the best thing I had all.evening.

Excellent food service and surroundings! I loved the salad with shrimp, bacon and blue cheese. My family had pasta and duck. The waiter was knowledgeable and kind. I will cone back!

Went for my 17th birthday with family and friends and the staff and service couldn't be better. The best Italian food, and the atmosphere of the restaurant truly feels like a classic NY Italian restaurant. 11/10 def recommend!

Took guests from out of town here and we were thoroughly disappointed. Ordered eggplant dish which was just breading no eggplant - brought it to waiter’s attention and replied that’s how it’s supposed to be - tenderizing? Waiter became rude and defensive. Never came back to check on our meals until we were leaving. Waiter forgot appetizer that we ordered and watching owner angrily reprimand waitstaff (shouting commands) was embarrassing and uncalled for. Only thing that was delivered as expected was the wine.

This establishment absolutely gets it. From the moment you are seated to the moment you leave you feel like you are the only person in the restaurant. The food is absolutely amazing. Especially the mussels. They were the most tender, tasty mussels I have ever had. There are so many things on the menu. It is almost impossible to pick one entrée. Highly highly recommend it. And a shout out to our waiter Tony.
Service was great until our server was assigned other large tables and then he had to be called over. Very loud outdoor dining. Servings were large but all at our table felt the food was mediocre and overpriced.
Sorry but the food was mediocre. Had the chicken piccata which should melt in my mouth. It didn't. Chicken was a little tough. The sauce was OK but had way too much artichoke and too sour. Also ordered a side of GF pasta. Bad brand. The texture was off. The pasta (penne) was falling apart. There are a lot better brands of GF penne out there. Try brown rice, has better texture. Our third time there and also our 3rd disappointment. So, our last try. Good luck with your business.

After eating here several times, this has become the Italian restaurant of choice. Consistently excellent food that is high quality and seems authentic and homemade. The Gnocchi is just outstanding and the chicken sorentino over spinach was so delicious! Please keep it up and maintain that high quality! See you soon!

Excellent experience. We were greeted as soon as we got there. As soon as we were seated we were offered water and bread service. Our waitress was next to appear asking about cocktails. Our orders were taken at our leisure. Food was great. Overall a great experience
We like this restaurant and we have had meals that we have thoroughly enjoyed, but evidently dining with them on a Sunday evening is Not an evening that is of the same caliber. We felt rushed and inconvenienced in dining with them tonight. They tried to remove my wife's dish while she was still eating dinner. They were more concerned about us leaving than servicing us. Don't take a 7:30 reservation if you the employees want to be home by nine on a Sunday evening! Shame on you!

Waiter was absolutely horrible with sneaking in up charge on the drinks and items we did not order. The owner came over, was hostile and trying to have his servers back but it didn't work. These are Russians trying to act Italian and they do a horrible job. Stay away from this restaurant. Note to the owner, when you asked if I was calling you stupid, this is why you are. Next time do the right thing

This saddens me .... I had great expectations of this place especially after reading the reviews . Ugh, where do I start? 1. No cocktail menu . They have full bar but no menu. I like to look at a list of specialty cocktails and martinis not try to come up with one in my own or ask google . Didn't matter anyway, they never got what I asked for right . No bueno. Disappointing. Drinks were just bad . 2. I asked if they had a kids menu, they said they give them half of a regular plated dinner . Sadly , when my check came , both of my kids meals were full price and they aren't cheap and they weren't good 3. One of the kids meal came out wrong , TWICE! 3. Pasta meals were all drowning in sauce . Sauce had flavor but lots of water in the bottom of the bowl. 4. Most of our apps and dinner plates really just lacked flavor 5. Service was bad , we were always looking for our waiter . He never asked how our meals were plus he messed up the order and we were overcharged , see #2 We won't be back. Ever . I

The meal was good, and we enjoyed the time with our friends at dinner. It seem like the serving staff was very rushed, so there was not as much attention as we would've anticipated. Nonetheless, we had a good time. Thank you.

I rarely go to the same restaurant within a weeks time. I was at Molinos on Tuesday and as always had a wonderful meal with great service. We had friends visit and I wanted to give them a real treat. So, it was back to Molinos. Again, my friends were thrilled with the food and service and so was I. As I reviewed before. This is a REAL Italian restaurant. The best!!!
