I would avoid this papa John’s store at all costs. It took them over an hour to deliver my order last night. The pizza looked and tasted like it had been sitting out waiting on the one and only driver to deliver it. Plus no one would answer the phone so I could cancel my order. Let’s see if papa John’s does right and provide my refund as requested.

Came to this location to get pizza since the other papa John's was gross and ordered, 20 minutes out of my way due to pine ridge location being gross. I seen a lady and gentleman cleaning. When I entered I immediately got greeted and the Lady approached me saying " welcome to papa John's, do you have a order to pick up or are we placing a order today" I was baffled this was completely the opposite atmosphere then the other location..... I ordered my food and waited in the lobby, I watched the lady go to the oven and wash her hand at a hidden sink and then start prepping my food.... it was great service and it was done in like 10 minutes...... while I waited I looked around and even looked to the back area and this location was really clean and organized..... I like that they brought me my order when it was done and told me to have a great night and drive safe..... I felt like they actually cared.... 5 stars all the wayKid-friendliness: Very caring staffing

Grayson was the best employed there with his away with the people.He would take people's orders were very much consideration and very courteous with everyone.Here that's what I mean he made sure everything was perfect before Giving the orders to the customers.I will give him a test star rating

What's the point of scheduling an order for pickup if it's going to be ready 20 minutes before, sitting there getting cold? Food was still good but not as fresh as you'd hope with a scheduled order. I wouldn't expect it to be ready perfectly on time, but making it that early is ridiculous.

I ordered last night for cash. Called was told to cancel it order a new order but ended up with nothing and then the first one I ordered but cancelled showed up I paid cash then turned around and paid off my card for the new order and that’s crazy never received the second order at

Amazing people all NEW from 5 months ago. Clean store fresh toppings and crust. Can watch your food being made. The gentleman Jon was sweet,well put together,and calm with my kids acting like fools. ( Hungry kicked in). He was understanding and explain to my kid why not to run around with the safety. Kids loved the lesson. Also loved the food came out faster then we thought . Thank you guys your amazing and so is ur pizza

just a takeout spot, but pizza is decent. employees are great! gentlemen working the spot was helpful and had no issue getting a bowl of water for my dog on this hot day. I would give five stars just for the customer service.

Well, I didn't believe my friends but it's true. Papa John's makes the worst pizza and wings I've ever eaten. The crust was rock hard, and took up so much space that there was little left to eat. The wings were small and there's limited choices in the dip. When I walked into the shop, I was surprised by how dingy and grungy the place looked. I threw out the food when I got home, $39.00 into the garbage. I will never order from this company again and I will be sure to share my opinions with my friends.
