Friendly, outgoing staff took the time to listen to each customer no matter their age? We got the 10 piece key lime pie bites. They come frozen and dipped in chocolate and straight from heaven. The raspberry cheesecake ice cream was also amazing and they are very generous with their serving size. Plenty of seating inside or out. 10/10

Cute little place and good ice cream!!! I got some kind of heavenly chocolate, which was a dark chocolate with brownie bites and nibs, and who knows what else lol. I also got a slice of the Keylime pie for dessert today.

Best ice cream in Bonita Springs! Huge servings!!! A one scoop is like a 3 scoop anywhere else. Service is quick and kind. Everything is made fresh and taste amazing.

The absolutely best key lime pie I have ever had. Including what I have made myself. When we come down, it's one of the first places we go. We get them for a dish to share when we visit with friends. We also just get a whole pie to share between each other. :-). Ice cream is also good.

I came in here the other night. The ice cream was great and the kids were super helpful and kind. The only issue I had was the management. Laura the manager was extremely rude to the kids and talked to them disgustingly. On top of that while she was helping a non english speaking family she was rude and impatient seemed a little racist. Will not be come back her until they fix this issue. It is disgusting.
Best ice cream option in Bonita Springs. Compared to Royal Scoop, Sweet Melissa’s offers same quality of ice cream, less selection, bigger servings, faster service because of smaller lines, price about same but more for your money.

My husband had a piece of coconut cream pie. It looked and tasted like frozen store bought pie. He only ate two bites. My son ordered a piece of berry pie but it was more like cheesecake. They were $7 a piece. I had vanilla ice cream and I've tasted better from the grocery store. The store needs TLC. Christmas decorations were still up in February and the store looked dingy. Overall it was a bad expensive experience and we will never go back. Love Boat has better ice cream, more flavors and less expensive.

They only had one flavor of no sugar added ice cream and it was butter pecan. Unfortunately it wasn't very good. I thought about getting a key lime pie but the slices were $8 and the whole pie was $24. I thought this seemed rather expensive. I've heard good things though
