Cute small local boba shop. We have visited several times. The drinks are great, and some are unique. However, the atmosphere/ greetings are really hit or miss -- indifferent sometime as some people mention here. The sugary content is not adjustable, compared to other local boba places. Even though seasonal drinks are unique, there are not many drinks on their normal menu.

The boba shop in Bonita Springs, has very quickly become one of me and my family's favorite spots. They are extremely knowledgeable in what they do and are edger to service everyone to the best of their abilities. I have never had a negative experience at this shop. They have a good selection of drinks and fun products. I am always welcomed with smiles and and laughs. The boba shop makes an effort to make everyone feel welcomed. They really give a personalized experience.

I was really excited to try the highly recommended Boba Shop, I walked in eager to capture the experience for my social media. However, the lack of greeting and indifferent service dampened my spirits even though I tipped hoping for a better experience. Despite this, the Thai milk tea was really good. Overall, while the Boba Shop has potential, a friendlier vibe would greatly enhance the experience for patrons like myself.

My all time favorite boba spot hands down!! Not only are the teas beyond phenomenal the atmosphere is top tier and very inviting. What really makes them standout from the rest is the genuine kind hearted nature of the owners. I’ve seen them consistently supporting and helping other small businesses in the area succeed, even if they are competitors!I highly recommend giving them a try ? ?

We are from Seattle and our kids are "boba" experts. They ordered the Hello Kitty Honey Dew Mellon and loved it!

I went to the boba shop yesterday asking for Fruity pebbles boba tea since my sister never tried it before and she wanted to. We walked into the shop and was greeted by a lady she asked how could she help us and we asked for the fruity pebbles drink. We’ve heard this place made it and wanted to try it plus we’ve seen it all over Instagram and when looking up the shop. The lady offered another drink stating people say it taste the same but on the website it shows it as a cotton candy drink. So we thanked the lady and We left and figured it was just yesterday they didn’t have it. Well fast forward to this morning I call in with my sister and once again was told they do not have it and that “it was a process to make.” I will not be giving this place my business. I tried on 2 different attempts and this second time was just basically told because “it’s a process” they are not wanting to/willing to do it. Which if you ask me they have false advertisement with that drink being known at that shop. I called another boba shop yesterday asking if they made it and they specifically told me “No we do not that is The Boba shop that makes it.” If I am giving you business I am paying for your time and effort to make this drink but it is okay. I know I will never be giving this shop my business.
