Even though we had a reservation, we were seated more than 30 minutes late. The host told us 3 times they were clearing our table and it would be ready in 10 minutes or less. Several people were complaining very loudly about the wait. The host ended up seating, a family that came in behind us because an elderly woman cut in line and was complaining. 90 minutes after our reservation and we still did not have any food other than edamame we ordered 45 minutes ago Our drink order took 30 minutes to arrive and then came out wrong. The food and show are pretty good for what it is – hibachi. However, do not come here unless you don't care about delays and long waits. It's also very expensive.

i genuinely never find time out of my day to leave a bad review because thats a waste of my time but the instance of the bad of restaurant i will. i had 7:15 reservation and i didnt get seats until 8:15 and once i got to seated we waited another hour for a hibachi chef no one ever came. we just left at that point. i can passionately say do not eat here go to ninja on airport. way better service fast and good.

Wow. What can I say. We had a 7pm reservation. We got there a few minutes early and it was packed - they literally overbooked. We waited for an hour and 40 Minutes to even be seated at a table. Then we got to wait for another 45 minutes before anyone even came to cook. Luckily the chef - Elias - was entertaining and super nice. Cannot say the same for the host (manager) or the server who was rude and talked down to me - he was frustrated I'm sure from everyone being sat 2 hours late - but don't take it out on the people paying for their meals. Plus offer something - an appetizer for the table? Glass of wine. Anything. We expected to eat at 7pm not 10pm and we had our teens with us. This is an ultimate fail for this restaurant who was too greedy to properly schedule their reservations. Be warned - if it's season your reservation means nothing.

Our reservations were for 6:15. Our chef did not come to our table until nearly 8:00. Drink orders were very slow to arrive and no refills were given until we voiced concern to the manager.. we even had to request more water. The food was excellent but the long wait impacted our enjoyment of the meal. We dined here twice recently- once on Valentines Day- and the service was much better.

Food was good but initial service very slow (waited 45 minutes for drinks and ordering food). Then when finishing we were asked to leave so table could be turned. Some Irony there sorry

The food was great but the wait time/speed of service was awful. Have been here twice now and both times the waiting was extremely long. Didn't get appetizers out before our meal, then after we were finished eating it took at least 20 minutes to get the bill. The food is good, the chefs are fun, but they've got to do something about how long it takes to get drinks, apps, and the bills, especially when you've got families with young kids.

We had a great time at dinner here! Great service. Very friendly host and was able to rearrange our reservation time without issue! Great food as well. Had plenty of leftovers so took it home for lunch today!

I have had dinner 2 times within the last 2 weeks at this restaurant and I can not recommend it to anyone at this time! We started at 4:00 pm on Friday afternoon in the Tiki Bar with 7 ladies for drinks. Ethan was the only service person for the hour we were there. I like Ethan, however he was swamped with customers and orders, so service was sporadic! It took me, the host, 30 minutes to get my lemon drop martini! 2 of us ordered that drink & the one with sugared rim was a salt edge when delivered also 30 minutes after order! We were the first guests in the bar! Then our 5:00 reservation for a dining table, not hibatchi, no happy hour pricing. The food was overcooked and terrible!! The vegetables were a black greasy mess, fried rice had not 1 vegetable & was very dry, and my med rare Filet minnows well done!! Slow service, overcooked food, drinks watered down! A very sad visit for 5 individual families from Pelican Landing! You lost a lot of business that night! I am only giving 2 stars because our waiters were run crazy but kind and trying & b/c we could get a reservation on Friday evening. Now I know why!!!

The impressions started from the beginning, we had reserved on OpenTable outdoor seating. The host walked us to the back for Hibachi seating, to which we pointed out that we reserved outdoor seating. The host walked us back to the front and handed us off to another person that walked us the outdoor seating, where there was approximately 20 tables. Every table but the 2 occupied tables still had glasses, plates, napkins, etc on the tables. We selected a table and the plates, glasses, etc were removed. We then pointed out the table hadn't been wiped clean. To which it then was wiped. Sparing details, the food was ok at best, the service was non attentive; as an example, we needed to remind the server 3 times our requests for water. We don't plan on returning.

Stopped in for hibachi table cooking lunch and was disappointed. Food was rather bland and service ok. We thought the quality of the meat was not up to par for the price of the meal. Would not go back. Unfortunately, we have yet to find a good hibachi restaurant in Southwest, FL.

Food was great. Chef did an awesome job and was animated and funny doing what a hibachi chef does best. Unfortunately, we went on Valentine’s Day night and even with a reservation we were forced to stand and wait in the front room for close to an hour, like atleast 45 minutes after our time. Everybody seemed very delayed and a little upset. Not enough seating either in the waiting room. Once we got there and after another 10 minute wait we finally got drinks and the salad soup and shrimp appetizers started arriving, then we could finally enjoy being there. Disappointingly, the front service manager was just full of excuses and didn’t try to do anything to make up for the inconveniences.
