The food was good. However, the service from the moment you walk in leaves very little to be desired. We visited for the first time yesterday and the moment we walked in we felt like more of a burden to be seated than welcome to try the place out. The waiter was quiet, slow moving. Just two of us and our food came out staggered. Again solid waffles, just need to get your staff motivated to actually be there.

I loved my breakfast at Waffle Monkey. The outdoor seating was amazing, super great vibes. I got the freshly made orange juice which was 10/10! I got the fruit of the day waffle which was super yum, it’s also cool they have gluten free / vegan options for waffles! Staff was great too. Would definitely come

Absolutely loved this place. Friendly staff, quick service, and a menu that can satisfy any tastebud. The main dish is in the name but they have enough variety to meet the needs of picky individuals. 100% recommend and will be our regular hang out when we are in town.

Omg! The sandwich I had this morning coupled with a great cappuccino, was so delicious! I am very impressed with how warm, delicious and flavorful! This is a spot I will return to every time I visit the Bonita springs area! So worth the price. Had my palate in such amazement I went in and got another breakfast sandwich!!
It’s a shame because the food is so delicious but the service was horrible. I asked for coloring pages for my nieces 3 times and never brought it out.Our server forget1. Drinks2. Got our waffle fries when I finished my food3. Never asked for refills4. I also asked for to go box and my receipt and she never brought it. I had to get up and ask for it one more timeAnd it wasn’t even packed or busy to be able to say “I understand why she forgot” instead she was just chatting in the front. Would love to see this place have better service since the location and food was delicious.

Visited the Monkey on Saturday morning for breakfast with my friend - we were on the hunt for a fast bite and a good beverage.I ordered the Waffle Monkey signature banana waffles,mango smoothie, and a chai latte with a shot of espresso.Waffles were on-point with the usual filling portion - not crusty, absolutely soft and delicious.The mango smoothie was fresh and filling, having the texture of a yogurt lassi and a slushi :)finally, the chai latte with espresso surprised me with its foamy and spicy delicateness.The setting inside is very welcoming, fun, contemporary, and overall a cool vibe that just about anyone can enjoy, complete with retro aesthics.I would highly recommend them for catering for my own biz or other's - if they did!
