Pull up to the drive-through. Give her my money. Then she wants me to back up a car length so that her timing is skewed on whatever limits they’re given to get orders done quickly. Doesn’t speak English to me speaks to other coworkers in front of me in her language. Very uncomfortable. I tried being friendly and smiling and saying hello. Customer service is really gone down in this area.

It was ok, I was super hungry, and Burger King was the first place to pick up food. Only music inside was a little bit too loud for my taste.

The food today was delicious, but I don't like the cheddar cheese in the burrito, it was still good. The coffee could be a little hotter, but was okay. I also had the hash browns and the 3 piece French toast and bottled orange juice. The service was laid back and quiet, l came in after a doctors appointment, between 7:45 AM and 8:15 AM.

Worker that took our order when we asked for cheese on our Whoppers looked at us like she was very confused. We had a conversation about adding the cheese for 30 seconds. We ended up with two Whoppers and no cheese. Oh well.

Crispy chicken sandwich was big n tasty but they could do much better on their prices. I'm permanently disabled 1 SSDI check a month I'm not cheap, I'm poor. (that's a shout out to all the haters who were about to start talking some smack) Lastly, to the young men working the register, please speak clearly n speak up. There seems to be a mumbling epidemic happening with our Gen Z. If a cust. asks u to repeat n u still mumble under ur breath, we still can't hear u bro

I had to repeat my order 4 times to two different to people. By the time they gave my order. It was still wrong- just wild !

When a fast food restaurant is going to put itself in a busy location, you'd think they'd worry about things like ease of access, speed and efficiency, or quality control. I'd even settle for 2 out of 3. I've never had them make my order wrong here, so I will give them that, but they overstock to meet demand and fried things like chicken fries, French fries, and onion rings are frequently cold, or just taste old. Service is good, much friendlier than most fast food places in Boynton, and a welcome relief from most of the clods walking around the neighboring Home Depot uselessly. My biggest pet peeve with this BK is the entrance. A one way in and out, with no room to turn around so you're forced to loop the whole parking lot to park or even use the drive thru. Situated half way in on the entrance road to Home Depot, you're forced to wait in line for traffic coming in AND going out. We all know it's not going to look like the photo on the menu, but the least they could do is try to save us some frustration before we get to that point.

Probably the worst food establishment in the world lazy people rude people people that don't want a job they want a paycheck the manager and assistant manager should be fired and the owner should sell to chick filet worst excuse for spending your money at no value disgusting like walking in to a third world country shut your doors burger king it's not our way it's your employees way on phones walking around with no thought of serving customers typical of those types of employees SAF

The food was great ! The manager was very nice . I ordered on app was near store coming off 95 on woolbright finished the order n parking lot of this Burger King the app had correct address of this store on the order it put the order in south on Atlantic in Delray Beach , the app used my sign up home address of Delray instead of this store I told the manager he quickly filled the order was very nice about it .
