People were friendly... 2 double cheese burgers and 2 fries... no drinks. When we got home to eat this food, fries very soggy as if in oil all day, burgers... meat was dry and both cook the same. (1 was to be med-well/ 1 was to be rare) total @$35.00???? I get the economy crap situation... but this was the worst experience and I will NEVER GO TO ANOTHER BURGER-Fi!!! Saw my dog licking his own butt... and thought, he had a better meal that night than I did!

Very dirty place, self service machines not working, girl behind the cash register looked like she just got out of bed. Once the order was placed I went to make payment. First thing: how much tip I wanted to give, starting at 20%, 25%. No option to skip. I ask girl what to do. She hit a few buttons to skip it with attitude and made a nasty sound. Why do I need to trip fast food worker.Next the drink station were full of trash and more than half of the drinks were unavailable no lemonade ?. Will be a very long time before I go back to this location.

Got my food delivered an hour and 15 minutes after I ordered. The food was cold, mushy, and had no flavor. Didn’t even look close to the pictures on the website. Very misleading. Felt like I just went to an overpriced

Walking in I noticed not one employee smiling,, I got the burger fries and Diet Coke for $10 the burger was small and very thin and did not taste good they put two pieces of cheese on it that we're not melted at all it was very odd I left there so hungry and had to go somewhere else to get something to eat I will not step foot in this place again and I do not recommend it at all the fact that the place was empty on the Saturday should have been a clue they're not popular for a reason, they boasted hand-cut fries but the fries are not even hot or crispy, extremely disappointing

First time at this location and it was a poor representation of what this company is actually capable of. We walked in and the first red flag was the self service machines were not in service. We went to the register and stood there for about 10 minutes. The manager would not get off her phone and is right now while I am writing this review on her phone. An employee comes out of no where and takes my order which was a plain double with just cheese and I receive a burger with everything on it. I tell the employee that delivers it I ordered it I with just cheese and they take it back to the cooks and right in front of me they removed it with their two fingers. Not to mention not one of the cooks has a hairnet on. Horrible service. I won’t be returning. Below is a photo of the manager still on her phone.
