I ordered a wing combo. I was advised 10 minutes for pick up. I got there at about 15 minutes and they told me they could not find my order.. I ordered once there and they told me 10 minutes. I waited 10 minutes outside came back inside and they said they ran out of wings and will not have any until tomorrow. Why would you make me wait if you know you didn’t have any food

The general tsaos was pretty good. The fried rice is good too. I only gave it four stars because the filling on the crab Rangoon was made with sugar and I’ve never had crab rangoons that has excess sugar put into the recipe. It tasted more like a desert. I gave four stars because I couldn’t finish eating the crab Rangoon. If someone from the shop is reading, go to China One in I think it’s Boca or deerfeild…I don’t know, look it up but they had a delicious recipe of Rangoon.Update - it’s now 2024 and the rangoons are still sugary. Also, the general tsaos got worse. The chicken is t big fleshy meat pieces. It’s like small gristly pieces. You can tell they’re saving money on their chicken cuts. I should have remembered that they weren’t that good here. I suggest East wok off Belvedere.

Food tasted alright. The orange chicken doesn’t have any orange flavor. they forgot the sweet and sour sauce for the sweet and sour chicken. The food was abit cold when picked up on time.

We ordered food from here two nights ago and man this place was packed! We ordered three dinner combos and some appetizers, it took them about 30 minutes to finish everything. I don't recommend going here during busy dinner hours if you don't like waiting. Other than that the food was great, the girls working in the front were nice and polite.I usually order lunch here. Sometimes they're busy during the day time, sometimes not. But it's nothing like dinner hours, the place was full of people waiting outside. I guess i'll have to order a little earlier next time...
UBER EATS DRIVERS BEWARE!!!Horrible experience at Chinatown the other night. My wife and I do food deliveries and they made us wait for 45 minutes for a couple of food pick ups while customer after customer came in, ordered food, and left long before us. Six Uber Eats delivery people meanwhile stood around awaiting the food. A couple of them canceled the order and left. The owner was extremely rude and unapologetic.Also, we have been customers for years. The food was always excellent. The former owner sold to this new owner, and the food quality has drastically gone downhill.

We have been taking out food for years from Chinatown. Food is terrific. HOWEVER lately the orders have been incomplete. I found out they no longer take the order over the phone at the restaurant. Instead they use SKT a phone answering company to take the orders and the are printed out at Chinatown. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN YOU PICK UP! They have forgotten items from our orders!! Very anoying as you have to go back. Last night they forgot not only our Fried Rice we ordered but they didn't even give us any white rice! Had to go back to get it (we live 15 minutes away). If it continues to happen we'll find another place.

Chinatown usually has the best spare ribs ever. I usually dine at Hunan walk in Delray Beach. I specifically drive to Chinatown on Woolbright For Their Fabulous Ribs. It's New Year's Eve Day. I want to pick app a substantial order and have it ready for an early dinner tonight? So I drove from north Lions Avenue and glades in Boca Raton to Chinatown. On Woolbright ave to pick up those delicious ribs. I got home opened up the package. It was like yesterday's ribs. Black dried out extremely dry. My call management express my disappointment. They want me to drive forty minutes to forty five minutes round trip to bring them back today. Has this restaurant changed Ownership? So disappointing.

Recently, I had a highly unpleasant experience with a product purchased from this store. Upon opening the bag of food at home, a baby roach crawled out, which was extremely unsettling. I promptly called the store three times to discuss the matter with the manager but received no response. Frustrated, I visited the store in person, where the manager initially avoided me but eventually engaged in conversation.During our discussion, the manager dismissed my concerns, claiming that the roach could have come from anywhere. However, the bag had only been at our house, where I've never encountered roaches in five years. Notably, I walked home with the bag, and it was never in a car.Despite presenting these facts, the owner refused to refund my money and continued to deny any responsibility. I urge others to consider this experience and examine the reviews, as it raises concerns about the quality and hygiene of the products provided by this establishment. The presence of a roach in our food is unacceptable, and the lack of accountability from the owner is disappointing.
