Chipotle has always priced their selves on customer service but not this time.. They were almost empty when we were there and would not grill peppers w/o onions for me as others have done as I can't eat them. Will never go back to this one. Terrible customer service.

Excellent experience found team member Nijae to be everything that chipotle would want in a team staff member. She was patient, fast and friendly. I wish more chipotle locations had teams that work this well together.Order was at 7:45 pm on Tuesday March 5th.

Food was okay for what you paid for but the lady upfront serving my food didn’t seemed to enjoy her job nor offer any additional toppings for the food; I would had loved to get service with the smile instead .
I do not have a lot of money but when I tried chipotle it was so good. I decided to get it another time and the rice was hard and unenjoyable. I spent the limited amount of money I have and now I am scared to even get chipotle in fear of wasting my money on food I couldn't enjoy.

The service at this location is no good. There was one really nice boy who asked for assistance from his colleagues and they ignored him and me. I’m sure workers are hard to come by these days but this was a poor look for chipotle. Separately, it was one of the worst bowls Ive had. Either the barbacoa or the pinto beans tasted like ketchup.

The manager Loli is super disrespectful! She provided horrible service while the other employees were so nice. I was being helped by a nice lady and loli snatched the plate out of her hand and started being extra rude. I asked her for extra beans and she ignored me and wouldn't give me extra beans and kept saying "ok what meat, ok what meat, ok what meat" she gave me Half scoops of the meet i ordered and after i told her she gave me half a scoop she had them charge me extra. She kept repeating that the dressing was extra after i told her the other associate told me. Just extremely rude i got my bowl an hour ago and don't even want to touch it because of her rude ass. I hope i never run into her again.
I have ordered online multiple times now I pay for extra chicken and I get barely a scoop we’re paying $10 for rice. Then sometimes the race is not even fully cooked. I wish I could show you a picture.

The restaurant was busy that night with around 10 mobile orders waiting to be made along with a line indoors, so I don’t blame them for the long wait I had. But once I got my food it was pretty good!

Are you kidding me? My food was DISGUSTING. You literally left a huge chunk of avocado in my burrito with the PIT STILL INSIDE. That is absolutely outrageous. This place should be shut down. I will never, ever eat here again.

Horrible service! The cashier tried to overcharge me and refused to give me a receipt. So, I asked her to go over each charge and sure enough, she did over charge me. I asked for the manager but she wouldn't get one. This place is absolutely filthy inside and service is awful. The young guy making the bowls was nice but the girl at the cash register was very unprofessional. Will never go back!
