I love Chipotle but I was disappointed with the service and the little food they give at this place. Also, how they let the worker talk to you back when in reality they are serving very little, it seems disrespectful to me, another worker came and served me a little but if I have to compare photos of other places of how they serve with this one, this place would be shameless. At the end we pay the same money. And never receive sorry for the new worker.

I asked for a bowl with steak so the African American chubby lady scooped 3 1/2 pieces of steak so I asked for alittle more. Not double. But a normal size. She then proceeded to scoop meat from my bowl and put it back and just stared at me. I don’t recommend anyone go to this terribly ran establishment.

i'm not sure about the actual service because i ordered online, but whoever worked and/or prepped the food for 1/20/24 6:30 pm deserves some compliments. we've come a couple times before to this location and it wasn't my favorite experience, but the food was AWESOME today. keep it up.

The food is good. But the customer service is very bad. I enter this location to order a chicken burrito after my work shift. It was a super weird experience. The lady who initial greeted me started making my order. But when I started speaking the lady said "wow I didn't expect your voice to be deep". What is that suppose to mean? Then quit making my order and walked away in the middle of my order when I was the only customer in the store at the moment. But 30 seconds laters she returned to the line and help the next customer from start to finish on their order.I didn't think much of it. But I choose to sit down to eat my burrito. Then I hear a voice and then turn around and saw the lady employee reflect in the window as if she was trying to say something to me. What I could hear was "What would I do to you". I never said a single word because I don't believe in arguing with people.As a customer I want to be treated with respect and be provided a good meal. I don't care that you don't like that my voice is deep. I have a life full of responsibilities and obligations. I don't want to get a awkward experience when I go to a restaurant. I want to be treated with respect.
