Grandkids had a great time and had to buy special socks from them in order for the kids to jump on the trampoline.

Great for kids but they were out of beer! Getting expensive now, prices have jumped.. 2 kids for 2 hours is $100 !! That's greedy and unethical

My young children, myself, a young disabled cousin, and elderly mother were the victims of violent crime at this facility. There was no support or assistance from management despite myself running to management for help as they stood in the back kitchen, watching the events unfold and escalate. As a result, 911 was called as we all feared for our lives with continued threats within the facility and threats of harm when we left the facility. Out of spite, management made us further victims for calling 911 for assistance and trespassed us as we feared leaving from the continued threats of violence outside of the facility. We came here simply to celebrate a child's birthday and to show a disabled child a good time, but left as victims of violence and discrimination based on race and disability. I would not recommend this location due to threats of life and safety.

Pretty clean, only every really crowded on the weekends. The staff are all pretty welcoming and pleasant to interact with. I really love all the upgrades and new games. Fun games for everyone, even parents! It's not cheap to go there if you plan to play with your kids or have multiples so download the app and take advantage of the coupons and free play minutes or tickets. Love the party set up also.

I liked it although there were some machines in poor condition, and I didn't know how others worked.

They just keep updating this place and making it better and better. They revamped the place a while ago and made it a much more open space. Recently, they added more challenging games for the kids, and even more recently, they added a small trampoline area.I find the pizza is pretty good, and they have a decent salad bar. The staff is also helpful and very patient when dealing with the kids.

We took our girls to Chuck E Cheese for fun and then they had a few birthday parties there and it’s been fun every time. The pizza is surprisingly good with the stuffed crust and the games were fun and diverse for all ages. It’s on our list of places to take the girls when we’re looking for something fun to do. It gets very busy on the weekends especially when there are parties but if you go early you have the whole place to yourself. I was surprised how clean and up to date the decor was the first time. I thought it was going to be outdated etc. I was pleasantly surprised.

Saturday Dec. 2nd 3pm could of turned out really bad for my 5 year old grandson!!! Our confusion as a family and no fault of theirs we booked in the wrong location, but the team there did not hesitate....Got his name up on a board and supplied us with the best service and best time for the kids and birthday boy that had come to celebrate. The staff was very courteous and very helpful! Thank you!

The manager Chelsea is the rudest manager I have ever encountered. She was extremely rude, made mean faces, and had such attitude over a made-up ticket rules. Extremely disgusting experience we had today due to her and she even did it in front of our children. They couldn't understand why she was so awful. For a place for children to enjoy and have fun I can not believe they have people like her working there.

Chuck E. Cheese has come a long way since we were kids. Gone are the days of germ-soaked ball pits and playgrounds that smell like sweaty feet. I believe only some Chuck E. Cheese's have done away with their older model, but this location reminds me more of a kid-version of Dave and Busters. It's loaded with kid-friendly arcade games, racers (my son is obsessed with the Cars racing game), and a sizeable virtual play mat where kids can chase balloons and fish on the ground cast from a projector. We've only tried their pizza after attending a birthday party, but their salad bar looks fresh, and their menu is sizeable; they even offer beer for our world-weary parents who need the pick-me-up.The bathrooms are clean, the soda machine dispensers are gunk-free, and we've yet to come away from an extended stay at this location without picking up any sicknesses (which is big praise for any business that caters to young kiddos). My only criticism is the Chuck E. Cheese mascot himself. They only provide the top portion of the costume, so, during the birthday song, you're greeted by a disproportioned mouse with creepy big eyes and a tiny body. Kids don't seem to notice or mind.

Lazy manager who won't even leave her desk to resolve simple issues. Quit your job if you don't want to deal with customers, plenty of others who would be willing to!
