This weekend I ordered a garlic cheese filled pizza. This is my second time trying this . The first time I was in Washington D.C . At this location it was made worse in comparison. The garlic was toasted and burnt and the food itself gave me diarrhea. I am not lactose at all. It was post quality over all from test to even maybe being spoiled ingredients. I will not travel back here for anything due to the risk of food contamination/poisoning.

I made an online order that unfortunately was never received by the restaurant. However, an associate Henry stepped up and provided exceptional service to help fix this and get us our food quickly. He was also incredibly kind as it was only him working at the time.

It is weird when the crust is the best part of these pizzas. The pizza here is definitely flavorful, but the cheese and dough consistency are not strong points.

Went into dominos at 11:27. 33 minutes before closing. Stood in the lobby for a solid minute or two while the manager washed dishes in the back. Then he continues to come up from and tell me the lobby is closed. I asked, “can I place a Togo order?” Went on to tell me the lobby is closed and he wasn’t taking orders. I’ve dealt with this lazy, dirty looking manger many times and it’s never pleasant. Dominos needs to do something t about him, or it’s obvious they don’t care about their service anymore. Such a shame.

My girlfriend and I ordered pizza, and after 10 minutes the order was marked as “complete” on the tracker. Obviously we were confused as we hadn’t gotten our order yet, so we called the store to ask if something had gone wrong. I don’t know who answered the phone, but a very rude guy cut my girlfriend off as she was trying to explain the situation and asked for our address. She didn’t even finish saying the address before he cut her off again saying “ma’m, ma’m, ma’m, he’s walking out the door now, have a good one,” and hanging up on her. I don’t know what kind of toxic workplace culture exists at this particular dominos, but after this experience, I wouldn’t give them any business. If I could give this particular location a 0, I would. I place no blame on the driver for this review, and entirely blame the unnecessarily rude employee who answered the phone.

Second time ordering pizza at this place and they screwed it up. They don't know how to make pizzas.
Jake was the man! Made my pizza perfect, was the nicest guy, and always has a smile on his face! Makes coming into dominos over every other pizza place worth it when you get great food and consistent great customer service. Love this store, and most of that is thanks to my guy Jake!

I cant believe that I was on my way home and thought how nice it would be to stop and grab a carryout pizza to take home. So i order it online went into the location and paid fot the pizza, this was at 10pm and after I pay for it this guy says please step outside because our lobby is closed, i couldn't believe it but he was for real, i had to stand outside the door to wait for my pizza to finish cooking, even though the hours clearly say 12am for carryout orders! Unbelievable, the fact they waited till I paid made it worse!

Went into the store to order while my elderly mother sat in the car with motor and a/c running. Did not have time or patience for what played out here. Black kid running the order register had zero clue what he was doing, while another black dude with long dreadlocks and no hair net made the pizzas.I ordered a "thin crust" pizza. Kid behind the register repeated back, "pan crust"?Me: No..thin crustKid: Pan crust!Me: THIN CRUSTKid: PAN CRUST?Me: THIN...T.H.I.N spelling it for himStill not understanding, he then called the dread lock guy over to help him.Dreadlock guy pushes a button for thin crust and walks away.Now I say..."with Alfredo Sauce not red sauce". The kid looked at me like I had 5 eyes. I yelled over for dreadlock guy to come help again because my mother was sitting outside. Dreadlock guy repeated same...push button and walk away. Now I ordered green pepper, mush and onion for toppings. This was too much to ask and kid walks away from the register. I nearly left the store not knowing what country I live and speak in anymore. But wait!!! Once my order was placed, the guy behind me wanted a large pizza with sausage. Kid says "pepperoni"?Guy: No Sausage! This continued on again for several minutes.When I worked for Dominos years ago, you could not touch a register unless qualified. My oh my, how standards have changed. This location suffers!

On 6-29-2023, I ordered four 12" pizza from the following store10114 S Military TrlBoynton Beach FL 33436One hand tossed pizza was less than 10" in size and not to mention it was poorly made. I showed that to the person working there at the time Jocob in the store but he insisted that the pizza was 12 inches.Finally, I took the pic of the pizza with the measuring tape for you to see it yourself.If the manager is trying to improve store's performance then these tactics wouldn't help.I am really disappointed in the Domino's service.
