4/17/2024 12;00pm Confirmation pick up being #3114I was there for a curbside pick up around 12;10pm i notice noone came out to accommodate me , But a Lady with bald Hair white collar shirt had to be the manager in the front as i walked in was so rude and nasty would be a understatement, She didn't acknowledge the fact i had been waiting for someone to bring my food out or anything asked me for my name passed over the order with no consideration of my time and lack of service i received im so disappointed on how i was treated at this location!!!

In the past I have been to other Duffy's restaurants and enjoyed my meal and service.I visited Duffy's at Boynton Beach Blvd and Jog rd Boynton Beach, Fl on Wed 04/10/2024 and sat outside. The waiter was friendly and polite. When our meal was served I noticed there was a large hair wrapped around the pickle that came with the burger and we had not been given any silverware to eat our meal. I told the server and he left and returned about 5 minutes later with the silverware. He gave my companion his silverware then dropped my silverware on the ground and then proceeded to crumple the napkin in his hand and walked away. I then went inside, saw the server walk back into the kitchen and never saw him again. I had to ask the people at the front entrance stand for silverware and napkins which I was given promptly. When the waiter returned I showed him the hair on the pickle and he told me he would talk to the food prep people about wearing their hair nets. I was extremely disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this particular Duffy's to anyone and would warn potential customers to avoid this restaurant. The pickle with the hair wrapped around it was never taken away by the staff.
