Showed up at 6:45, doors locked and closed... why show times till 7pm I went out of my way to get to this location and they didn't even give me the time of day. Shows open till 7pm everyday, might as well just change that to 6:30pm... what a waste of gas and time

The closing time is posted as 7:00 pm. This is the 2nd time that I arrive before closing 7:15 and today 7:18 only to find the doors locked and the employees cleaning up. It’s always been closing time is the time posted and the employees would clean/close up after that time…when did that change?!

Worst Dunkin they only offer a free medium coffee when you reach your 200 points on the App, when all other locations give you a large.

Very bad service. The ladies here don't know how to work their tickets. They start working randomly on the orders leaving people with half of what they order and many times waiting longer than other people that come after them. I came into the restaurant today when it was empty. Three rounds of customers came in placing their order at the counter and walking away with their stuff way before me. Very disappointed.
Worst Dunkin around, so many come in the morning to get their coffees and breakfast and so many never come back,my coworkers and I were going here every morning but it’s always an issue going on, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and when I received it, there was 3 mini half bacon slices in the sandwich, reminded me of a cheap gas station sandwich, I showed the manager and she said that’s how it comes, I was looking forward for that sandwich which I’ve eaten from other Dunkin’s and have always had good crispy bacon inside of it, except for this place, taking inflation over board!

Worst Dunkin around, my coworkers and I have been coming here in the mornings but every time there is an issue going on in there with someone, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel and when I get it, it had 3 little half pieces of bacon in it, reminded me of a cheap gas station sandwich, I spoke to the manager and she said they come like that which is wrong because I never have an issue with that sandwich from other Dunkins, they are taking it too far with this inflation, I understand if price goes up a little but to put half the ingredients in the sandwich,that's ridiculous

6:30am placed mobile order. People who ordered at counter were takin care of quickly and with a smile. My coffee and donut arrived quickly coffee hot and donut warm...and I was on my way. Restaurant was very clean and service made it a pleasent way to start my day.
