Less than 10 seconds after ordering my coffee, the order taker asked me what I was waiting for. Ineptitude abounds in this store. I waited 15 minutes for black coffee after being asked 3 times what my order was. Store is dirty, staff is unkempt and when the manager/owner is there it's worse. Don't go there if you're in any kind of hurry. Bring patience, you'll need lots of it.

Absolutely filthy! Open Refrigerator, dairy products left on counter. Donuts left out on counter. Filthy floor and tables and overflowing garbage. Employee(s) chilling on their phones. Not a single customer in the place so there's no excuse. I just walked out.

Sadly this Dunkin has gone downhill over the years. The last several trips have resulted in poor tasting coffee and long waits. Most recently it took nearly 25 minutes after I placed my mobile order (two cold brews) before receiving it. I watched three people who ordered after me get their drinks before me.

SEEMS TO BE AN ANTI-CHRISTIAN ESTABLISHMENT. I noticed that this Dunkin had Hanukkah decorations up a couple weeks ago. Went in today December 23rd and not a single Christmas decoration. No tree, no cards or ornaments. The franchise owner must have a problem with Christians. Why are other holidays represented but not Christmas?
