Not a great place, parking lot small and over packed, we waited 20 minutes for our drink with nobody in the building and they still didn't make it. Ask for a refund and it had to be approved by the manager who wasn't there. Decided to eat the $5 coffee and left without it. Not planning on being back to this one.

Easily the most efficient Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. Jason took my order at the counter and somehow he managed to be kind, fast, and welcoming all at the same time.I’ve worked in hospitality all my life and I know good help when I come across it. I felt inclined to write this review because I wanted him to know that I noticed. Keep up the hard work Jason!
Please stop putting your Bavarian Kreme donuts on the same rack as your Vanilla Kreme donuts! They may look alike on the outside but they contain completely different fillings. The sign in front of the rack said “Bavarian Kreme.” I asked for two Bavarian Kremes (vanilla pudding) and instead got two Vanilla Kremes (buttercream, gross.) The person helping me was honest and told me, “ Sorry, they put both types on the same rack and I can’t tell them apart, don’t you want to roll the dice?”I decided to roll the dice, but it didn’t turn out in my favor. Now I’ve paid for two donuts that I won’t eat. Please, please, please find a way to distinguish one from the other and store them on different racks.

The donuts were stale, even though we ordered in the morning. The service was horrible. The employees rush you at the ordering window. They have the worst attitude ever!!! They are super rude and make comments like "ughhh" AT THE CUSTOMERS !

We were rushed at the ordering window, then they got our donuts wrong (all six of them) when we told them that we wanted the correct order. The lady at the window rolled her eyes at us, said UGHHH and left. if I could get this please zero stars I would do so unfortunately I have to put one star. They are so disrespectful and dirty and and have the worst attitude EVERRRRRRRRR!!!!
