This place is a complete joke , every single order is usually wrong or takes 35 mins to get freaking horrible I got an iced coffee this morning that didn’t even have coffee in it , it was blended ice and cream lol everything they do is messed up. Please change back to the old managers

I must agree with all the negative reports since the change in store manager. Workers talking among themselves rather than concentrating on customers and their work. Short staffed at times, and inexperienced workers causing huge lineups waiting for stuff. The last 2 morning there has been a significant number of people complaining their cold drinks are too milky; customers are usually regulars at various stores, so I have to believe they are 100% correct, especially since you see about 6 complaints in 45 mins. Also, performance is not better when the current manager is around, also as talkative as others. Sad to see.

It’s unfortunate that this store location :10114 S Military TrI Boynton Beach FL 33436 is the closest to where I reside but today Saturday 3-16-24 makes it the second time I’ve had an issue with this location despite placing a mobile order at 8:02am and arriving at 8:12am then finally leaving at 8:29am… including me,there were several other customers that placed mobile orders and yet still did not receive their orders while the staff in questions proceeds to work without a care in the world, chuckling and cracking jokes behind the counter.. you’re better off playing musical chairs in a Miami intersection during rush-hour traffic then to expect exceptional service here, the only positive thing I can say was that the white line near my parking space was straightforward without an inconsistency in pattern although I definitely will not be returning in the future.

The employees are clearly not coffee drinkers at this Dunkin. I asked for an iced latte and got what looked like iced dirty milk and I asked for a small black coffee to throw in on top after I dumped some of the drink that was given to me. The gentleman behind the counter told me there is no coffee in a latte that it is just milk and espresso… so now Im genuinely curious what this gentleman thinks espresso is.

Girls behind the counter were more concerned about their own personal conversations than taking care of my order. The manger I believe his name Tyrel stood there looking at me after I said excuse me with his AirPods in talking to someone on the phone and didn’t address my concern. He looked bothered I had a question. They were also out of large cups. How can you be out of large cups. This is the reason I haven’t been to dunkin in ages and why I pay more to go to Starbucks.

Excellent and friendly drive-thru service. Donuts were still fresh at 5pm. Coffee was made as ordered and delicious. Quick and dependable drive-thru when you're on the move.
This is two attempts on a cappuccino that I waited for for a half hour (zero exaggeration), and it wasn't busy at all. The girl making the coffees obviously did not want to be there, and was moving like a sloth.

In the past, couple months management has changed. I go to the store daily in the morning for my coffee and breakfast. The manager herself seems like she doesn't want to be there. She has an attitude and doesn't need to be in the service industry. I will never return to the store again. Until things change service is lacking only 2 Of the regular staff are nice management just seems annoyed when you talk to her and like she doesn't even want to be there. Nor does she pay attention when you're there. Never greets always has an attit. to I pay for extra expresso shots. I get Stail coffee from a pitcher. Until this stops I will never return to this establishment. I will tell my friends and my femily not to go to this establishment
