Updated review : It seems like only a month ago I was saying how this place was somehow managing to hold on and do good things in the face of adversity, but those days are gone... It's easy to accept a lack of employees or supply line shortages when the business still tries to show you that they care, but this place doesn't anymore. The employees they have managed to find are bottom of the barrel and they aren't trying to find any better.Orders are almost always wrong, food that should be served hot isn't, and apathy is palpable. Time to find another Dunkin

Don't come in the morning. Only one who knows how to make anything right is the young lady, such a sweetheart in the afternoons with the nicest voice ever! Always makes the drinks, no matter which one, perfect!! All the others have attitudes, rush you, never make drinks right. Especially in the mornings! I don't come here unless it's after 2:30!! Never seen a drink like a macchiato, that's so simple, get ruined so many times! If I wanted a gallon of milk, Id just go buy one. It's ridiculous. It's half milk, half espresso. Simple.

This place is horrible. All the food was cold or old at 8am. Everyone is talking, giving minimal effort and I payed $12 for a absolutely horrible breakfast. This place should be closed or restaffed. Very embarrassing to the Dunkin' name
