Person taking the order was friendly, but after that, it went downhill. There were 4 people who ordered. I was #2, donut & coffee. I'm waiting for the other 3 to get their meals made and coffee made, then I get my coffee last. This is why I always chose drive thru. Orders stay in order!

❗MUST READ ... January 2024 ... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ... these are hard to find ... AND SO WORTH the search ... a great doctor, a great teacher, a great friend, a great partner, a great mentor, etc ...and also really outstanding Customer Service ...JOSH ... is the gentleman who helped me out at 7:30 am ... and this young man is taking care of four customers in-line ... two additional customers picking up (pre-ordered) and his colleague lady co-hort at the baking breakfast station making it ALL HAPPEN ❗and my order included a "Cup-of-Joe" + a 12 assorted donut box ...Very swift ... polite ... and thoroughly detailed ... shared with me the costs and the better options to choose for my order ... WHILE also letting the other customers know "in just a few more minutes I will be done with the gentleman and you are next ... thank you for waiting ...JOSH is also the "owner" of the establishment and that aligned perfectly with the service he was providing ...May all his team share in his manner and style to make sure the customer is appreciated ... receives what they ordered ... and experience an outstanding Customer Service and really great fresh hot coffee ❗

I stop at this location Sunday mornings around 7:45 am on my way out to do errands occasionally for a coffee , usually there’s only one employee working. The service is slow and there’s always a line. Today I remembered why I drive a little further up the road to the location with the drive through off Congress in Boynton.I walked in at 7:40 am and there were 3 customers inside and one younger female behind the counter. There was an elderly gentleman with a cane in front of me waiting to order who was in rough shape. He gave his order and the clerk was extremely rude and disrespectful towards him, then she walked away towards the other side of the counter so he followed. She came back looking for his money, but he was at the other end. You could see she was clearly frustrated with him. He paid and requested a bag to assist with carrying out his tray, she threw it over the counter and told him she was too busy to help him because now a line had formed and she had to wait on everyone else.I took the bag and helped the man who was clearly having difficulty.I understand customer service work can be frustrating, but it doesn’t cost anything to be kind to people and we both left her a cash tip. I’m sure the people waiting would have understood the 5 seconds to go the extra mile to make sure the man’s order was completed so he could carry it out.Maybe the owner of this location should have customer service training with their employees, that’s what generates repeat business.

I recently started visiting this location cause it's the one that's on the way to work. The few times I've been here its honestly been very disappointing. The customer service is terrible. There's always a huge line of people waiting on their food. The employees work at a sloth's pace. One customer asked if the coffee they put out at the pick up area was what she ordered. The employee gave her a nasty look and responded "I dont know, I guess" and walked away. If you are not a people person DO NOT work somewhere where you constantly have to deal with customers.

Adding almond milk ($1.25) to my coffee was half the price of my medium coffee ($2.50 after discount). Does paying a 50% bump up for a coffee with a splash of almond milk sound excessive to you? It did to me.FYI: Adding milk or cream is free.

Sunday 4/2/23 @ 12:04pmThis is the worst experience I've had in dunkin donuts, I ordered chicken eggs sandwich and no bacon and repeated no bacon , they the wrong sandwich, there's a lady manager she's coming after wasting all my she agreed to make me my chicken sandwich and charged me extra $.54 .if it was my first time at dunkin I'm probably will never drink dunkin again because of that experience, dunkin definitely needs to train those 2 staffs that's worked at this time and date above, dunkin is such a great brand greatest quality of all , there's no way dunkin should allow theses 2 none customers service experience destroyed the reputation of their great tasty of all time , just think about it if it was my first time at dunkin?? If each customers first time had the same experience?? It's up to you dunkin either retrain these two staffs or let them keeps push customers away to other

Service is absolutely terrible. I went In there was only one person in front of me multiple people standing around not working on drinks or anything. Waited 10 minutes since I didn’t get any service I left and went somewhere else that served me right away.
