Worst Dunkin' Donuts ever. I've lived in the area for over 8 years. The morning chaos is usually manageable depending on who is on the registers the app has been a god send except when they become backed up and you have about 20 people in a small window looking for orders with no structure. I went in just recently and it was empty I asked the older woman behind the counter what donuts did she have available, she looked my 14 year old niece up and down and said she doesn't need donuts. I said none of us do and began to look at the donuts in place of my niece, the older woman then scolded me about it being her store, and about me not looking over her counter to see the donuts. I asked her to repeat herself and she crossed her arms and told me it's my store and I said she doesn't need donuts. I will never set foot in this establishment again, to body shame a child is ridiculous. And her approach was terrible. I've reported her to the BBB as well as the shady business they have going on.

Went they drive thru for breakfast sandwiche & coffee it was fast,hot & tasted great!
Compared to others locations that i visit, the quality of the coffee seems watered down and puts less sweetener than required, upcharging when u ask for an extra pump. I also never get ice in my iced coffee yet even when its says it on my online orders this is the only store i have issues with.

The service here is pretty good, they rarely get your order wrong but they are frequently out of products. It's a small Dunkin' on a corner in a shopping center so no drive thru but they have a couple tables inside, and a couple of tables outside, though these are usually taken by the geriatric morning crew. The food is Dunkin' food. Microwaved fresh to order, but this place is so tiny you get to watch it happen. If any Dunkin' in Boynton deserved a "better than mediocre" badge, it would be this one.
