Ordered dozen bagels online , not able to select flavors. Recieved 6 Berry, 3 Plain, and 3 other not popular flavor. It is obvious that they fill orders with Bagels that don't sell in store. Staff is rude and unfriendlyThey lost a customer in me.

I have never been to Einstein Bagels. Delicious bagel. It was early afternoon on a Saturday. Only 1 or 2 other customers that already had their food. There were 2 empty tables and both were dirty. I chose the one with the least amount of crumbs to sit at. I did not use the drink station, but I observed that it had not been regularly cleaned and kept stocked. My overall impression was that the place was a bit run down and that the management had fairly low standards.

Chris the manager is rude yelling in front of customers while sweating all over the food. He threw the food at me for telling him the way he spoke was bad. They serve spoiled food. Stay Far away if you don't want to get sick. Maybe the company or owner doesn't care but this guy is rude to employees and customers he's telling people to not come back business must be great.

I was a customer at Einstein bagels this morning and witnessed the manager Kris, verbally attacked a delivery driver. This is a poor example of management. The manager threw the food at the delivery guy and cursed at him telling him to leave when he was patiently waiting for an order. He was disrespecting his staff ultimately disrespecting the clientele waiting for their food. Holding everyone up. Please be careful ordering from this location He specifically said he does not care about the clientele placing orders for pickup through these services.

The way the ordering system is built is horrible. Bagels on one side and registers on the other makes people cut you off and the staff does nothing to help you about it. Bagels don't seem fresh. They are more for catering at this location. Yet they do have plenty of their good cream cheese!

The cream cheese on the bagels are non existence they put more Cream Cheese for the price they charging.
Kids working are nice polite kids. Bagels are awful, paid way too much for a soggy egg sandwich. Place could use a deep clean.

I came to location bright and early at 6:00 AM. They were totally prepped and ready to rock and roll! This location is clean, well stocked, and staffed. I was greeted right away, even though I was there so early! Their selection of bagels and cream cheese is ridiculous. They offer SOOOO many choices !!! The combinations seem endless. What I really love about Einsteins is how fresh the bagels are. They always taste like they just popped out of the oven. Also, I appreciate the amount of cream cheese they use. Nothing is more disappointing then ordering a bagel to go, paying $2 for cream cheese only to realize you got less than a teaspoon of it smeared on a quarter of it. Einsteins loads it up and makes me a happy camper every time! Their coffee is also fabulous. They have their every day staples as well as some blends they mix up during holidays. They have a great variety of creams and sugars, all available for self serve.

The guy in the register is really nice, but the owner or manager is embarrassing he was either drunk or high. They didn’t have the product I ordered and instead of telling me, they just replaced it with something else, I came back to get what I ordered and they told me they did not have it so I asked for a refund and they told me I have to ask for a refund online… it’s been a MONTH and I haven’t get a refund no matter how many complains I put. NEVER COMING BACK and reporting you as a scam

Einstein bagels have the best breakfast bagels. Originally I gave them an average review for not putting hashbrowns in my breakfast order. I mistakenly believed the hashbrowns came with the sandwiches that I ordered and only later found out the hashbrowns were à la cart. My mistake. In light of this new evidence, ☺️ I would like to upgrade my review. I look forward ordering their amazing coffee and sandwiches again soon.
