When I got home I realized the order was made incorrectly and the sub was so soggy you couldn’t eat it. Seemed like the order was rushed because it was close to closing. Large sub purchase gone to waste. Wrote corporate for compensation whether a credit or refund. Unfortunately, they couldn’t offer any assistance for there franchise. I won’t be ordering from this chain anymore. Bad customer service!

Ordered a meatball "Sub" and what I got was a sub cut lengthwise with meatballs on top. Instead of eating it like a sandwich I wound up having to eat it like a pizza. I guess they're trying to save on bread!

I was just at this location and pretty much everything was wrong with this store. My online order was completely wrong. I paid additional for additional toppings which were not put on my sub. The restaurant was very dirty and nasty. The staff were rude, no 'welcome to firehouse' it was more like a blank stare while I looked for my online order on the counter. The drink station was nasty and the floor had a puddle near the drinks. I want my money back for receiving the incorrect order.
This place is a disaster. The drink station had a dirty ice tea pitcher just sitting there and ice tea on the floor. Nobody cleaned it up the entire time we were there. The front door window was boarded up and it looked like the front picture window had a bullet hole in it. The food was ok and the service was indifferent.

This place used to be good. The employees were helpful at least. This will be my last time going to this location. My order was incorrect, but was not going back. The person behind the counter tried to help at first but spoke no English but told me to point to the board. I was ordering for children. I had special requests arhat he couldn't understand. As I was walking out the one other person working came out of the bathroom. He spoke English but it felt like it was his first day.

The food was great the atmosphere was clean and nice. I observed 4 people maybe 5 behind the counter and we were the only ones in there until 2 more tables sat. I paid an almost $10 tip on 42.00 for ordering and not dine in. They delivered the table behind us their food and we were called to the counter to get ours. Now I didn’t even expect to be served but to come to one table and not another( especially one who tipped so much) was just plain offensive. Never again Military Trail Firehouse Subs.
