Brought the family here for some dessert. By far the Taiyaki is what you should order. They have menu items plus you can customize yourself. Vanilla with brownies and oreas was awesome. Also tried the Kakigori but felt that the ice was already mostly water by the time i started eating it. Will return but am sticking to boba and taiyaki on next order.

Love their unique menu items, especially the fried crispy tuna roll appetizer! The filled desserts are great and the boba tea was just ok (was when they first started it though).

Just had the worst experience with the manager i go to this location sometimes he was rude dismissing and disrespectful and when i asked the other employee for a contact for someone above manager he was afraid to facilitate ….he told me i have to go through the manager … well cant exactly complain to him about himself…. Anyhow this kid usually is amazing and very helpful and courteous I wont return or have mi kids come back its just not worth it …

What a rip off! Great for Instagram but completely tasteless. And I can tell by the other peoples photos that I got a particularly bad one. They literally gave me a teaspoon of mango on this for over $15. The blandest ice i have ever had, I've been to Hawaii and had the real thing. This was a joke. Then I asked l, "doesn't this come with a cookie on it?like in the picture?" The guy said - "yea I crumbled it all over." As you can see in the pictures no cookie at all. So $15 for a bucket of flavorless ice, I like how stingy they went on the toppings. You really have to be disappointing for a long review like this from me. This place is a joke. Look at my other reviews for good places to go to. I think everyone else gave this place a 5 star literally based on the looks - which I agree it looks amazing! I couldn't believe how bland it was.

I don't know how they have this many stars. The food/ desert is ok, but the service stinks. The workers are rude and unhelpful. They get paid to service the customers, but act all annoyed if you ask questions or if THEY mess up an order or make something wrong. For me, service is just as important as the menu and food quality. I stopped going because of the rude service I received.

My 2nd time here today with 3 kids, last weekend the attendant was super nice and friendly, the kids pointed at the sample boba tea cups at the counter mango and strawberry and received exactly that and loved it. All week asked me to go back for it, so we came back this afternoon 7/30 around 2pm. The kids pointed and asked for the same order, but received green tea with tapioca bobas. 2 of the kids really didn’t like it and asked to exchange. The attendant said they ran out of green tea and it would take 45 minutes to brew new tea. I said thank you, no problem -we’ll go into a store and come back to replace it. To that the attendant replied “we cannot exchange it, your kids should have specifically ordered the two flavors separately indicating mango tea with mango boba “. I said we pointed at a premade sample and clearly ordered just as labeled. A woman attendant joined the conversation and both of them stated- if my kids made a mistake while ordering they cannot exchange it for them, not even in 45 minutes. Never in my life I saw such service throughout traveling the world. My kids left disappointed plus their grilled cheese was burnt and dry. Definitely do not recommend and never stepping in there again. To top the story, the attendant’s kids were sitting there the whole time waiting for him to finish the shift with headphones on and iPads. Great example for the next generation man! Disgrace. The picture is from the first day when it was properly made. Today completely different drink.

Planning to go back. First time came in and got some ice cream and shaved ice, and a crispy rice app. All was excellent and the prices were a lot less expensive than I thought. Great service. Cool place. There are not enough pics on Yelp to showcase their current menu offerings but will be going back to try more. Check them out. (And of course I didn't take pics either)

I have never been to this restaurant before but always wanted to try it. They offer a variety of poke bowls and desserts. My friend and I had only gone in for dessert. The restaurant itself was very cute and authentic feeling. The cashier was friendly, and willing to answer any questions. We both decided on ribbon ice. We decided to share both a dark warrior, and an island on ice. We were served pretty quickly, and the presentation was beautiful! Both of these creations were very delicious! Out of the two I could say that we both prefer the dark warrior, but both were equally yummy. I definitely would go back here to try other things that this establishment offers!

Goodbye Starbucks! Hello Kasai & Koori's Boba Teas! I'll never go to Starbucks again. And the employees there are super-friendly and knowledgeable.

it really pains me to give local businesses anything less than five stars, especially when it comes to asian food (and on asian pacific american heritage month). but after seeing the owners aren't actually asian, i can maybe see why i didn't have the experience i had high expectations for. placing an order was confusing. you don't really know if you order at the end of the counter or at the front. no one is really there to guide you (or appears like they want to). the first guy who took my order was unhelpful with my questions and seemed impatient. seating was limited inside, and even though there is the option of outside seating, i don't believe the tables and chairs are kept clean. i do think the food and desserts are very aesthetic. it's the reason i came here in the first place. the "kid size" cup for the ribbon ice was pretty damn big and probably serves more like three kids. but i found a hair in my ribbon ice, and, while it started on a good note, it just left a bad taste in my mouth. also, the crispy rice felt so gimmicky and expensive for just four pieces of some avocado on top of some rice. i wanted to love this place so bad, but it just fell much more than a little short of expectations. i can't say i recommend this place -- but i do recommend spending your money on actual asian-owned local businesses.

I normally get the ice cream and freeze-dried cotton candy buy got the shaved ice and it is definitely authentic Japanese shaved ice. I love it but it needs to be open more, it definitely has great staff who explain everything. If you are in the area %100 recommend
