Haven't been to KFC in a while with my last experience (at a different KFC) not too great. Heard that the chicken sandwich was solid and decides to give it a go... and am glad I did.It was quite good. Tasty, not greasy, etc. I got the mayo on the side and applied it myself. Staff was friendly.Recommended, and it looks like this visit has brought me back.
Double Down Chicken Sandwich Combo. IMPRESSED. Purchased during KFC'S limited time offer back in MARCH 2023. A very good "sandwich " using 2 chicken fillets as buns instead of bread for the bacon and cheese in between. The Double Down was easy to eat and didn't fall apart at all. People complained that the "sandwich " was to greasy when eating it with your hands. How else are you supposed to eat a sandwich? Eating fried chicken from a bucket requires the same handling. Food was good. Girl at the cashier was very friendly, but there were two other girls standing around doing absolutely nothing ( African-American girl about 18 or 19 years old with a ponytail )while my food was sitting there getting cold on the counter, would be much better if some of the workers actually worked.
